It's crazy how my sophomore year I decided to sing "Sweater Weather" for my solo performance in choir at our winter fest and I came upon this cover and thought this girl was sooooo good and I would fall asleep to her voice and I thought she looked so much like my friend Nia. Last year in the summer I heard "Here" and thought it was such a badass song and last night my friend took me to see Alessia at the El Rey Theatre and she performed "Sweater Weather" and I totally tripped out when I realized she was THAT girl, now I'm so much more comfortable at going towards my dreams of being an artist/musician because of this girl. I'm not a huge fan of hers but I can most definitely say she is one of my inspirations now.
