@@LaCheeserieI think it works because most of the fans are not book readers. He clearly likes the world so teaming him up with two scholars makes the pod work. They can answer questions that the average fan might have.

@@darrellhenry9152 The set up of a non book reader makes sense, he just doesn’t work for me. All good, I enjoy these ladies and CR is sometimes good on rewatcheables and I liked his pod on Succession
@@darrellhenry9152i mean the format works and it seems he's trying, which is more than we can say about his co-host on their other show who just berates the show, but the dragons in this show are so distinguishable its crazy he doesnt recognize them lol

I can absolutely see Mal dragging Aemond out of one of the fine establishments in The Block to catch a 7:15 start only to have him disappear while she’s standing in line for Boog’s, and when she finally tracks him down, he’s doing the Baltimore lean in the middle of Eutaw Street

In GoT the best scenes involved the Lannisters. They were the best, get a bunch of them in a room and rip each other to pieces. And in this show the Greens are just interesting they way they interact reminds me of the Lannisters.
