This reminds me of the stories my family tells about my Grandfather Thomas Trevilian that built Deadrises and skiffs over in Urbanna, Va. I never knew him because i was adopted away from the family and he passed away in 1974 i believe. I have built a few skiffs and done a bunch of repairs and then i started building custom houses and never went back to boats.
