The Inventory Stela, the Sphinx and the Great Pyramid | Ancient Architects

  • One of the most controversial items to discuss when studying the history of Ancient Egypt is the Inventory stela, an object found at Giza during excavations of the Isis Temple, by French archaeologist Auguste Mariette in 1858.
The mainstream view is that it was carved in the 26th dynasty, but as Robert Schoch wrote in his paper from April 2018, it is highly likely that the stela is a copy of an Old Kingdom original.
The Inventory Stela may well prove an ancient Origin of The Sphinx and The Great Pyramid, and contrary to popular believe, it could be one of the most important Egyptian documents ever discovered.

I love all your videos, especially the news updates and these, distilling published research for the layman. I watch them multiple times to be able to understand and learn every detail because you present a thorough analysis.
Unfortunately, I still get lost in the timeline of both the dynasties and the buildings. It would be wonderful if you could show us the building progression from antiquity to present day. It's probably very ambitious for one episode, but perhaps you could have a series (or just make a playlist of past videos?) that presents your understanding of the real order in which Egyptian structures were put up.
Thank you for all your contributions and continued efforts. I can't wait to see your big project (book?) that you're working on. Cheers!

Hey Matt, this video by Charles Kos popped up on my CZcams feed regarding the supposed findings of Giovanni Caviglia, who excavated the Sphinx. Among them were apparently two miniature sphinxes which were once positioned in from of the main structure. There's drawings shown in the video. They're obviously no longer there and they were probably added after the original structure, but if they once featured in front of the Sphinx at Giza it would make it all the more probable that the original sphinx also had the face of a lion. Just a thought. There's some other interesting features in the video but you've probably already heard about them from Robert Temple's book or your own research.

I think it went a lot of credence to Plato's claims that Egypt was a colony of a greater Atlantian Empire. I feel we won't get to the bottom of the mystery unless we try to explore the proposed sites of Atlantis to make Headway.

1 Maccabees 13.27 - 28 Moreover he (Simon the Levite) set up seven pyramids, one against another, for his father, and his mother, and his four brethren. 29 And in these he made cunning devices, about the which he set great pillars, and upon the pillars he made all their armour for a perpetual memory, and by the armour ships carved, that they might be seen of all that sail on the sea.
You are on the right path, but you need truthfull context.. The truth and way has always been science - Rah, Vah, Yah are all the same power-source, The Sun. Many civilisations have utilized the suns various powers (radiation frequencies) , the scientific steps have been ritulised, ceremonilised and the scientific and historical source material forgoten/hidden - This IS Religion.

I am in full agreement with your analysis. The great pyramid is clearly more ancient than mainstream theory posits and to admit this debunks much of the traditional history of Egypt as convention would have us believe. It is clear that great lengths have been gone to in undermining the authenticity of the inventory stela to make their view fit the 'facts' that are in reality not facts. Great work Matt. Continue tilting at their windmills.

    • @ringostark4834
      @ringostark4834 Před 5 lety +4

      John, consider this:
"Isis" is the star (actually a cluster) Sirius. Osiris and Isis... The 3 Pyramids on the Giza Plateau represent Osiris (ie: Osiris'/ Orion's Belt) and the Obelisk of Heliopolis represents Isis. Each set of the 3 smaller pyramids depict when Osiris/Orion is laying down and then when he is standing straight up. This means that it is older than Dynastic Egypt, ie: it is clearly Khemetian.
The Giza Plateau was built as a complex of Pyramids -- it is an astronomical clock showing The Great Year!!! I have described this many times in previous comments here... you should look into my friend ;) BTW, it perfectly depicts 2012 as the year we left The Iron Age and entered The Bronze Age. This concept of The Great Year is also detailed in the Vedas and the Mayan Calendar (LOL, 2012 wasn't the end of the world like Evangelical Christians are always seeking/ it was the end of an Age!!!).
      Peace

if the pyramids did indeed work as agricultural water pumps, is it not possible that the two large pyramids are infact named osiris and isis, while the smaller is supposed to be their child, horus?
the legend of how the osiris pyramid broke down at one point and was repaired and restarted using the isis pyramid pump to start the flow of water could be a refferal to isis bringing osiris back to life.. over time the story turns to legend, and then religion...

I have often wondered about the damage to the Sphinx's head. I have seen no mention of it until now. In the oldest pictures of it you can see a huge gash that extends from the left side of its upper forehead and around to the side, now filled in with repairs performed over the last century or so. It seems to have been caused from major blunt force trauma or some type of energized blast.

Austin Davies I know, but I am not talking about cannon ball or common munitions damage. There is/was an enormous gash that stretched around half of its head from close to middle forehead around to the back seemingly made by some type of energized source. No primitive weapons of men used over the past several thousand years that I have ever seen could have inflicted that kind of damage.

In depth engineering analysis of these and other structures clearly demonstrates extreme capability both in design and execution, to the extent that some say it would not be possible today with current technology. The dynastic Egyptians didn't possess the ability to be responsible.

Will watch as soon as I have the time. I knew Egyptians didn’t build the sphinx, I knew this from sensing it, not because I have proof or have studied it. It was not a topic of emphasis. But I did sense it from tapping the divine consciousness.
It is much earlier and built by the same people as built the sacred site that the great pyramid was built over top of. The base of the pyramid was built during the same evolution of man in which Gobékle Tepé was built.
A pattern appeared around this ancient site like the crop circle found in the dry lake bed in Iowa of the Sri Yantra. The Egyptians used the marks scorched into the sand as the lay lines for the perimeter of the great pyramid. Enoch said that lightning will leave marks on the earth and it does. All crop circles are ancient sites and places of healing and renewal to realign and heal mankind.
The original construction in the base of the pyramid was built on one of these model points to preserve the marks left on the earth so they would not forget, and later again this design appears in the same place used as the foundation for the pyramid.
The sphinx I will meditate on the next Time I connect to source, but what I do know is the Sphinx once had wings and fish scales, and represented all creatures of the earth sea and land with a man’s face denoting man ruled all species on earth.

AA, perhapse it was no lighting that had hit the back of the head but the fan structure had tipped over ? Therefor this would be more evidence to suggest your previous videos on the sphinx. EDIT! it would appear the location of the damage is quite in the center of the head dress, if we check photos of where the hole is on the back of the sphinx we could perhapse then figure out the angle it fell then we could not only figure out the original size of the head. maybe even the the time it was re carved? please take this comment seriously i think i am onto something here.

But why were red ochre hieroglyphics found inside the southern shaft of the Queens chamber in 2011? These seem to have been written by the builders, and red ochre markings were common during the dynastic period. You present great evidence, but the markings have always puzzled me.

So from what i've seen the current history of ancient egypt is somewhat wrong and distorted, is there any chance it will be revised or am I being too optimistic about the world we live in?

In one of the pyramids in one of the shafts there is a star map in front of one of the doors on the ceiling of that chamber that depicts the sky at the time it was being built. It was dated to 9200 years ago. And has been sealed since then. So my point is: most of these great works were there before the pharoah's.

I’ve seen this... I’m not 100% convinced of it but it’s a good hypothesis for sure

.........Gantenbrinks doors, Ive seen the so called evidence and it doesnt look like a star chart at all. Might as well be Braille writing.

Sphinx with conductive metal protruding from it's head would be a literal lightning rod.

You know your 'oldest portrayal of the Sphinx', from the Narmer palette? It clearly shows a chunk missing from the back of the headdress! 😯

The only difference between those two pieces of graffiti is complexity and chronology. It's becoming more than apparent that just like the Paracas , the architects of the megalithic sphinx and mastabas didn't use writing or facial expressions.
Because they had no need of such primitive methods of communication.

Do we have any recent information on the ancient pyramids in China? Have they allowed any excavations?
