Share far and wide! I've been dabbling real deep into the history of the implementation of income tax and the draft lately. I discovered that both were first implemented during the Civil War to of course abolish slavery. It was only implemented for war times. Then both would be retracted and the money pool would go back to the citizens and businesses and the economy would boom. Around the time of World War I legislation was passed for conscription. There is opposition to war during every war in history. There are still many today that are oppositional to the draft, but in 1919 there was a case that inspired the limitation of our first amendment, Schenck vs. United States. All Schenck did was hand out circular ballots that were critical of the draft because he thought it was treasonous to take away a man's right to choose ( I can agree). The Supreme Court of that time had also passed legislation for the protection over classified information and documentation between the national border and its allies. In this case the Supreme Court settled that the Supreme Court was not violating the First Amendment and that all speech was not limited. Schenck was in prison 6 months and fined $1,000 for violating the national security legislation. Meaning they sided with allies over a citizen. Then legislation was passed that implemented income tax that would never be retracted. Look at all the different types of tax we pay for now. Look at all the different programs, that target groups. And those of us that have to use these programs realized how much they do not benefit the United States citizen. The party that implemented all of this was the Democratic Party. And starting in the 90s they have implemented tax legislation (currently WOTC) that pretty much encourages a company to keep certain targeted groups "the vulnerable groups that are on the programs" to be kept on a certain tax bracket furthermore needing the programs. Just last year the amount of waste of government funding was I think was $247 billion. They just raise the debt ceiling to 32 trillion. And because of the debt they want to raise taxes more. We the people are supposed to be governing ourselves. What are we doing? Tyranny for over 100yrs!
