Hi there I wanted to ask if the ucas points adds both your AS and A level grades together or only your ALEVEL
Hi! AS-Levels only contribute to your UCAS Point total score if you have not achieved an A-Level in the subject. In this case, the most recent qualification is the one that gains you UCAS Points. Universities and colleges will not generally count the Tariff points for an AS level qualification if you have completed an A level in the same subject. If you have only taken an AS Level in a subject then you would use the UCAS tariff points from these grades to go towards your total UCAS tariff points score. Hope that helps!
Do UCAS predictors get added up with A level results for points?
Hi, your final A Level result will get converted into the relevant UCAS points, e.g. A* = 56 points, A = 48 points etc 😊
Hello could i pls ask a question , i am going to university next year and i am stuck on something ,
does ucas points only add up your final grades , like your fmp grades or all the grades you have done throughout the year in your diploma and extended diploma - i am doing graphic design and i want someone to please explain to me what exactly is added up
The final grades from the fmps or all the grades that you have recieved - because i got a lots of merits last year and this year , i am doing badly , does that mean that all of my grades will be added up or does it take the final grades you get at the ends of both years
Hi, we would recommend asking the college you are studying at for this information, as the way the grades are calculated will depend on the education provider! Thanks
