In case any of you are wondering, this Italian restaurant is called Trattoria Il Panino. It is located in the North End area of Boston and serves amazing Italian food (authentic Italian, probably some American-Italian influence as well). They are known for serving certain pasta dishes in the pan it was made in rather than a plate. Definitely worth a try, personally, it was some of the best Italian food I have had in the area except my Nonni’s homemade cooking.
This entire series of her doing this is literally just a condensed down version of how Italy reacts to how America has taken Italian culture and cuisine and twisted it and its honestly really sad
