The plastic reservoir bottles are designed to leak small amounts of coolant when the the pressure builds up too high inside the coolant system (like a safety pressure relief valve). There is a very small weep hole designed into the bottle. I too thought I had a problem....took my rally into the local authorized BRP dealer where the mechanic showed me where the weep hole is. In the hotter weather I periodically remove hood clean off any spilt coolant and add more coolant when necessary. Same system in the Spyders.
Great to know as my temp gauge and warning popped on today. Texas temps exceeding 105 degrees and I was out in the heat of it mid day for hours.
