Thank goodness for non-touch screen controls. I might actually be able to use it. I have RP and I need the black background with white or yellow text. All the other features are for people you can actually see.
You just may have changed my Dad's life with this vid.
He hasn't seen it yet, but I can already tell this little gizmo is going to really simplify a lot of things for him. Being portable is a must.

I appreciate the review from someone who WILL use this product. I saw a video once where the guy was treating the electronic magnifier like a toy and didn't understand why there were so many color backgrounds and font options, he called that GOOFY and it that was the last straw for me watching that review.
I am currently shopping for a portable magnifier and now i know more about this one.

While, that sounds very frustrating! If they don't know how to use it or what it does, they shouldn't make reviews! Not sure what size you're looking for but have you seen the smaller version, the Looky 6? One of my favorite digital magnifiers!
this product seems almost perfect except for the fact that it doesn't seem to cater to book readers...
Literally all it needs is a sturdy extendable stand and it would be golden

Hi Scott, I have done a few videos on magnifier/readers for PCs, check through some of my older videos. I’ll do my best to try more in the future but, as I can’t afford to buy all of these products, I can only do videos of devices that companies let me borrow. So, you can imagine, it’s difficult sometimes to make videos of devices people Wanted to see. But as always, I’ll do my best.
are there products out there similar to this that have OCR included👀 I love all the features I just need OCR and the stand. That’s what I’m looking for some thing I can write under an offer ocr any help would be appreciate it. Thank you, Mr. Sam.

It would be great if they made a smaller version of the looky 10 magnifier.
They do, I know they have a 5 inch and, possibly, a 3 inch. They may even have a 7 inch.
WOW I can just buy a new iPad and use Magnifier and get the same results for less and a thinner form factor.

Just get a Galaxy Tab S4 with the quad hd screen.
Some conventional tablets can do much of what this device does, but for a person with low vision, it's very hard for them to operate, because... ***they have low vision*** and can't see the little icons. The big tactile buttons on this are exactly what people like my dad need. It looks like it has very useful functions. Too bad it's sooo expensive.
