The RUBY 10 portable magnifier has a 10-inch touchscreen and three dedicated cameras.
The RUBY 10 can magnify letters, magazines, labels, and photos. The swing-out arm allows you to view items in your hand and write. When extended, the arm also enables full-page OCR. The Ruby, 10 with speech is an awesome device, I’m about to get one myself and I love the idea of Texas speech so I don’t have to constantly stare at a screen if I don’t want to. Because it’ll just verbally read to me whatever I’m looking at!

The Ruby 10 with OCR is great, unless you are left-handed. I hope they make a version for left-handed users.

You didn't start out going through the buttons in the beginning. I can't get any camera to work. I wish you would have gone through turning it on and what all the buttons do.
