    Hi, I am your host Siddhartha! I have been an entrepreneur from 2012-2017 building two products AddoDoc and Babygogo. After selling my company to SHEROES, I and my partner Nansi decided to start up again. But we felt unequipped in our skillset in 2018 to build a large company. We had known 0-1 journey from our startups but lacked the experience of building 1-10 journeys.
    Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes.
    We welcome you to our journey to understand what goes behind building a super successful company. Every episode is done with a very selfish motive, that I and Nansi should come out as a better entrepreneur and professional after absorbing the learnings.

    Best combination The great Narasihmarao (an economist in his own right) and MMS. It has to be a combination…. In a democracy it is always the combination…giving a freehand to a minister (dangerous) or controlling him/her (most dangerous) or working as team, which produces the best result. Let us get the narrative straight.

    PV Narshima Rao Manmohan Singh are legends

  • @AKT-oc7ex
    @AKT-oc7ex Před měsícem +20

    What PV Narasimha Rao asked Manmohan Singh to do was exactly what IMF had demanded as a condition for bailout. There was nothing innovative on Manmohan Singh's part. As Prime Minister, he inherited a booming economy from Vajpayee which continued for some time in his first term because of good work done by Vajpayee. By the end of his second term the growth had dropped to 5% and inflation had risen to 10%. Even this happened with huge debt to be paid for by Modi Govt. The banking system was in deep distress. Even oil that was imported from Iran on credit because of sanctions had to paid for by Modi Govt. There were mega scams under his watch. He was a disaster as PM.

      Finally someone understood this, else rest of pepole just keep defending Manmohan Ji, no doubt he was honest and capable but UPA alliance made him "majbur". Same thing will happen to BJP if they won't get full majority, because you need to keep your partners with you at any cost.
      At the end of the day no one likes to stand down from prime minister chair.

    Flaw of democracy causes start and stop in economic development in Bharat, unlike like Singapore or China. That's why we need for the BJP government to remain in power for at least 10 years.

    Manmohan Singh is not such a great economist to receive so much of praise and acknowledgements. He was just carrying what PV Narasimha wanted. If he was such a great economist, India would not have been on its knee as "FRAGILE 5" after 10 years of his remote controlled government. All he achieved was a long list of corruptions and also brought the banks to bankruptcy. He was neither good in governance or developments. It was during his government, China was rising at a tremendous speed and he was not able to bring in investments. One of his biggest failure was the CWG, it portrayed India internationally its incompetency in organizing major events when smaller countries had demonstrated better organization. In conclusion both MMS and Raghuram Rajan were worthless in their field.
