      @@swopeboi I take Reboxetine which is a Norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Apart from the odd way all Antidepressants make you feel, the only other effect it had on me was to stop me falling asleep in the day, which in turn was helpful with my nighttime sleeping. It had no noticeable effects on my mood, but every person is different.
      I don't know if this is the medication the OP was referring to, but I do know Reboxetine is sometimes used as an off-label treatment for ADHD.
      Hope that helps

    It makes sense in some cases the anxiety can be caused by low norepinphrine instead high. I am experimenting on myself

    Unfortunately the clinical nature of the description meant that there were no exact descriptions of outcome. When are we getting too much, when are we not getting enough? Do the other factors that effect it produce too much or not enough?

    I was about to k*ll myself when a Dr figured out I had ‘NORADRENALINE’ deficiency and it changed my life completely after that - My SEVERE headaches and diarrhoea disappeared and I became a sort of “professional” optimistic and I even moved to another country.
    After 10 years I’m feeling that I should start to reduce the current dosage = VENLAFAXINE 300mg/day, as I’m feeling VERY tired without will to do anything.
    Or I needed to find something natural to feed my brain with ‘noradrenaline’.
    I really appreciate any suggestions.

    What if I have a lot of norephinephrine? How do I reduce it? After exercise, I don't always feel good and the following day I feel anxious. I have problems talking in the morning and it appears like I can't have full breath, but just short breaths. I sweat a lot if social situations. My blood pressure is very good. If I stand and talk, it is extra effort. Essentially, I do social situations not naturally but forcefully. And my face if frowned. People sometime get scared. I do feel much better when taking Xanax. My short term memory is not good, but my logical thinking is perfect (too bad one can't work good without the other). The best position for me is when I'm laying in the bed. I feel the most relaxed at that time. If someone would yell at me, I'd choke and my voice would be very shallow and weak or no sound would come up and I'd be sweating profusely. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    So does SNRI increase norepinephrine? And is it good for GAD and SOCIAL ANXIETY?

    • @genji7536
      @genji7536 Před rokem +2

      It does anxiety and anti depression, it should help with social shyness, prestique or other drugs classed under,SNRI should be more effective then SSRI. But I'm only on NRI, I dont consider myself depressed but I notice if my serotonin levels are low it effects dopamine and Norepinehrine which causes co morbid symptoms of depression, its only from malnutrition of the brain synapses and body with active substance that can relief those symptoms. If it's related to adhd the medication for adhd helps but also herbs for adhd, like ginseng and vitamin D, I read up it's good to stimulate frontal lobe and limbic system. Problem in my country the adhd medication I'm on doesnt stimulate very well for females, it fails limbic system, so I have to take a lot of other medications, instead a 3 in one combo like adderal... what's ideal is less side effects for each drug you take that effects positively, I would prefer a drug that does d, S, N rather then just only dopamine. Does not always work if your levels are low, I dont want to take multiple medications all the time. If you have immune disorders like diabeties, insulin resistance, metabolic issues SNRI or NRI works to rebound negative effects such as depletion , depletion = horrible ass cycle of self medicating by binge eating or alchohol, nictotine... so many people are medicating that way, rather then a doctor diagnosing and treating an immune disorder/adrenal issues and kidney. I would actually recommend everyone to check up on auto immune disease or disorders, certain viruses in the body effects the body functions, which causes anxiety and stress on the person, best to keep it standstill then deal with symptoms. There is also no cure for what I got and I'm on hormonal tablets just to live a happy life. Better then ripping my head off lol. Final say I do think inflamation is involved with these flare ups and reactions, they can impact on a persons life, there are ways to reduce flare ups then you increase in other areas of the CNS. I have to do all of this to function otherwise I'm a vegetable from fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome I've had this when I was 12, now with treatments I'm a lot better and feel energetic but I have to keep things scheduled. and staying active, both are first priority then just a normal diet. At first it's a lot of work but it takes a couple of years then it becomes easy, and then your able to go for a run, be more active/confident.

      @Stéphane Mallette hi hope your well! This is potentially game changing information to my medication routine this! I was thinking I’m lacking some sort of vitamins and I’ve been taking magnesium in the morning and mid day with my meds, which I’ve started to think could maybe be effecting me badly or how the meds work.. I thought maybe take it at night like you say! I only really take magnesium for pain management in my neck, although I do know it plays a positive role how the mind functions. I’m severely depressed and anxious at the moment. Constantly keep telling myself I don’t have long left… I’m on 75mg sertraline. 12mg Edronax. 40mg propronal. Maybe this tweak you mentioned could save my life as I’m very close to losing hope. I’m in touch with Samaritans at the moment.. I’ll give it a go anyway and god bless you for writing it!

      Its NRI they only do adranaline, if you think its lacking SNRI in combination to stimulants is what your saying would be better, it depends on severity of your symptoms such adhd, or auto immune disorders that alter chemicals in adrenal/kidney and the hormones. It really does depend on the person whether they need those levels altered. Unfortunately not all countries going to do combined drugs, it would be good if they had some for all three, but usually this is how it goes, if your serotonin levels are low in the brain, it can alter the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine. It's best to work out if it's from the depletion of serotonin first, then work onto the others if you are really struggling to function. SNRI should work. As for SSRI they are apparently weaker but work for those that have other disorders to their health. There are also other ways of increasing those areas if you read up how to stimulate limbic system and frontal lobe but you must compare this to what disorder you carry or have been diagnosed with that would work better what options are useful to the client. Again there is a system of tolerance in the body which I think is a sign saying you actually dont need to increase that, its something else that's the problem. Tolerance to the point you think it's not working does work but symptoms elsewhere has to be targeted seperately to the issue, many people drop medicine without combining some methods to get a full round up, rather then switching if tolerance builds stay on it, figure out what else can curb the problem, it's coming from another source as medicine do bring side effects sometimes too, I dont think there is one medication that can do everything but they help do something, then you curb the other, that's the way it goes and it costs $$$...
      Alternative medicine can curb side effects, they work fine when you know the drug is out of your system, I dont take ibrophen or paracetamol...I cant imagine taking that each time I titrate my medicine, I use peppermint oils for headaches, ginseng, vitamin D and fish oil... couple other if needed (not weed or alchohol) start reading up folks. I do these but they work, better then doing nothing.
