    I cannot shout your praises enough! This is my kind of healthcare!! I recently started drinking hot chocolate at night with my kids and have noticed less insomnia. I have been dealing with insomnia very heavy this past year and the normal things I would do for it were not working. I never thought of chocolate as a relaxer until hearing this information. Then I looked it up further and found the exact info you have shared. I have an appointment with a neurologist for the first time ever in my life due to my insomnia. I don't know what to expect at this visit. However, if my childhood trauma is rearing its ugly head again in the form of adult insomnia, then maybe they will see something in a scan. Idk...I went through a lot of secondary trauma in the last 3 years due to 3 miscarriages and complications after miscarriage in a row. This is not unheard of, as I am in my 40s. I have had 3 children previously in my 30s. I will say that any woman that battles headaches and migraines already, should not take misoprostol to try and induce a miscarriage labor after a fetal death because the synthetic prostaglandins of this medication will give you a killer migraine that lasts for a month or more and they are the worst you probably will ever have. I was prescribed for residual placental tissue that had gotten stuck in my endocervix. Oh oanotger side not about chocolate. The weirdest thing happened in my first pregnancy: I became allergic to chocolate and could not eat it at all without an anaphylaxis reaction. This went on for a few years after. But HalleluYah, I am back to being able to eat chocolate again! If it will keep my insomnia at bay then I will keep it stocked in my house and my children will love me more for it😊😊😊

    I agree with the recommendations in the video, but in terms of bioavailability and digestibility; it’s a lot less stressful on the digestive system and more healthful for the body at large, to receive amino acids, proteins, and minerals, from animal sources. The amount of oxalates and anti-nutrients present in things like wheat and oats and legumes, make for a very inefficient source of things like tryptophan and complete proteins, while creating an environment that favors the growth of kidney stones (oxalate nephropathy). Moreover, the ingestion of their insoluble fibers in high quantities over time, are thought to be the cause for many digestive and metabolic ailments.

      Plant based food is vital. We can’t obtain all we need from animal sources. Pickling, ( fermenting ), cooking, are all ore digestive processes that enable absorption. Fibre is a vital part of all dietary recommendations and safety fermented plant based foods are brilliant for a gut biome. Animal sources are only one part of a healthy diet. Humans have digestive tracts 24 times the length of put body, whereas carnivores have digestive tracts half that length. Humans are designed to consume plant based nutrients and fibre.

    Is taurine in Red Bull?

    • @DocSnipes
      @DocSnipes  Před 6 měsíci

      Yes, taurine is indeed an ingredient in Red Bull. It's essential to clarify that the taurine present in Red Bull is not sourced from animals; instead, it is synthetically produced by food ingredient companies.
