Easy Chicken Soup using Pressure Cooker

Here's how to make an amazing chicken soup using a pressure cooker or instant pot. With just a few ingredients, I'm making the best Italian chicken soup in record time! I make this tried-and-true recipe every time someone gets sick or just needs some comfort soup.
It's a very flexible recipe and my version of chicken soup is an Italian recipe we've used for many years. You can add noodles, rice, or even pasta to really take it up a notch.
This soup is ready for dinner in just over 30 minutes. I'm using a Fagor electric pressure cooker which is no longer available, but the principle is the same regardless of which brand you use!
