Hilux SR5 - Ultimate Touring Setup - The Bush Company

It's not every day that we have a customer travel over 2,000Km to come and have their vehicle setup. This Hilux SR5 N80 came to us fairly standard with a factory tonneau cover and tub liner,. The first step was to get the tub ready for the install of the superb Rhino Cab Extreme Aluminium Canopy which involved removal of the tonneau cover and the trimming of the tub liner for the canopy brackets. We have another video just on the tub liner which goes into more depth on the install of the canopy.
Once the canopy was on, the install of our 'Black Series' Clamshell Rooftop Tent was fairly straight forward with the use of our custom 'Z-Rails' which attach directly to the extruded rails already built into the canopy.
The install of the 270 Gull Wing Awning was also easy. This time we inverted the brackets so there was room for the gull wing doors on the canopy to open. This meant modifying the spring steels on the rooftop tent so that the rear arm on the awning could still fit snug against the rear of the tent when open.
We also installed a dual battery system for this customer using our solid state switch under the bonnet, providing power to the rooftop tent and also for the fridge in the canopy.
We reckon this vehicle is really well set up for touring and exploring, what do you think?
