HELLO!!! this is real life bro, it doesnt matter whether you're in debt or not, if you knew you didnt have the reserves to deliver when they decided to trust you with their weddings you shouldve been honest from the beginning! That is called customer service! They have the right to make an informed decision! Why tak tuntut previous customer nya hutang instead of using people who actually amanah & pay you to do their wedding?? tak masuk akal kan?? If you cant run a business that delivers simple, DONT RUN IT! That is people's hard earned money that they TRUSTED you with!! That is not your money or previous customer nya money yg tak bayar hutang! You and previous customer ada masalah duit apasal nak babit kan orang lain yg tak salah and cause them to have money issues too? Why should innocent customers wipe the backsides of customer yg tak bayar hutang? If you were them you rasa adil tak??
Nick, your point @25:41 here tak valid sebab when COMPANY go bankrupt and INVESTOR lose duit that is BUSINESS. He is a wedding SERVICE provider and the ones who lost duit are CUSTOMERS. Of course that is CHEATING not business loss! You cannot sama kan the two! Put it this way, imagine you gi kedai makan mintak roti prata, you dah bayar the money ni. But 15 min later tukang masak kata i cannot kasi you the prata, tak cukup bahan but i also cannot return you the duit. Masuk akal tak?

The way i see this is a case of bad business decisions by the owner and at the end of it, customers have to bear the brunt of their poor decision making and bad business judgement. Doing business is one. Having integrity and being honest is another.

Me and my husband are victims to this person here. Hahaha video ni kelakar lah. What a joke. So by mass whatsapping the victims 1 week before their weddings, everything will be resolved? By mass whatsapping lepastu diamkn diri means you contacted us? Effort is there? Refund? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no refund was mentioned at all when you whatsapp us. Yes, you gave us a list of vendors that you mentioned can "help" us but when we contacted them, guess what? Apparently they have no clue at all about the situation! When we called and whatsapp you and Mia, dua dua senyapkn diri. Hp off. A few days before you mass whatsapped us, we asked you about our wedding cake and you can still reply as per normal.
If like you mentioned that in December 2017, you realized that you are facing financial trouble, then you should have been honest and do something about it. Business is business, this is reality. You shouldn't expect your paying customers who are paying thousands of dollars to sympathise with you. Because of your incapability to sort out your finance, your customers have to bear the brunt of it.
Did you not expect the backlash? Bro, we ain't talking about a few hundred dollars, we're talking about thousands of dollars. Most of the victims were young couples who worked their asses off to pay you, some makan maggie, some don't even eat and some have to do part time just so they can have a beautiful wedding but YOU!
