As she started walking towards the dark, dense forest it evoked my best moments in Valheim.
I like how night is actually dark and you NEED a torch, or magic to light your way if you go into the dark forest

I can't get over the landscape and stunning mountains. This is a world I want to spend a lot of time building in.
You can see shooting stars in the sky at night, very cool.
Can't wait to create that Viking Mansion I've always wanted.
the mournful music plus the beautiful vistas really do evoke a sense of wonder for me. Good job.
Also, the light reflections on the polished armour?? God, UE5 looks insane.
Going to be a game to enjoy for years to come. I like the collaboration needed between players, hopefully keep the toxic people out
Make the nights even darker and implement actual moon cycle so it affects lighting just as IRL.

Will there be any sort of creative mode that allows you to test out building designs? I make build tutorials on sandbox survival games and would like to know whether it would be viable to make content on this game once it releases.
From the comments of the devs, there won't be anything like a private server with dev tools you could do free builds with unlimited mats in, so best bet would be just just do timelapses I guess.

lmao they did great on the animation for walking up/down stairs. feels like you are actually walking up and down stairs. though still needs minor refinement.
Be pretty cool just to visit other people's houses. I wonder if there will be any custom decorations? I like to take in-game photos and it would be epic to have a place to display them. My team actually had a custom gallery on ark

We manage to have 60fps (most of the time) in 1080p on an rtx 2070
Here's to hoping my 1050ti can handle it.

its UE5 right? their source of lightning in the new engine is insane for performance. No need to worry
@@officialcloak I'm not really sure on the details or how UE5 actually works, I just know the games going to be big and beautiful hence why I'd image it will hard to run, fingers crossed I'm wrong
It is UE5, here you have a mix of native UE5 lights and hand-made lights (and odd hacks). The UE5 is still under development, so we still need some handcrafting, but things are getting better and better patch after patch.
