It's weird how three guys can talk about "I've never seen that penalty called before" but then are completely unable to reference an example where they saw somebody jump into a reverse hit. You can't say "nobody calls that" if you've never even seen the play before. I guess somebody should be asking you guys then: should it be legal for somebody to jump into a check if they're the puck carrier? Does the jumping part of charging not apply to reverse hits? If so, why is the reverse hit different from a normal hit? If the players were swapped, and it was somebody else jumping a reverse hit into one of the scoring stars, would you all still be sitting there saying "jumping doesn't matter for arbitrary reasons in this instance"? You all came off as clowns in that segment.
