You have given extra emphasis on cafes & malls. For a good & healthy lifestyle, you actually need green spaces, fresh air & clean water. Most societies in Pune provide filthy, dirty tanker water and shortage of it in summers. Fresh air is now become luxury because of over construction and development. Green spaces are lost. Change your perspective for the betterment of this society. We do not just need malls & cafes

When u say NIBM road which area exactly ? Mohammad wadi ? I may be wrong but i heard there is no PMC water in this area
