Recently I visited this place with my wife just to see the facilities in actual---it is a very good place and everything shown/said in this video is 100% true---We met Mr Subhas Tannaji,a gem of person,compassionate and kind. All staff are cordial and well behaved. True value for money---they have shouldered a very responsible task of caring elders hats off to the entire team

ऐसी कोई जगह है,जहाँ उन लोगो को भी बिना कुछ दिऐ वह भी अपना जीवन सुख शान्तिपूर्ण पसार कर सके!?!
बहुत अच्छी सोच से बनाया है। आज की आवश्यकता बनती जा रही है। बेटा बहु बाहर नौकरी कर रहे है,घर में बुजुर्ग मां बाप को देखने केयर करने वाला भी कोई नही है तो ये उनके लिए वरदान से कम नहीं। Monthly 30000 कोई ज्यादा नहीं है इतनी सुविधाओ के साथ।पर एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार इतना efford नही कर सकता। उनके लिए थोड़ा कम सुविधा luxury का भी होना चाहिए।

Happy to see we are coming up with this type of concept in India. I was waiting this to happen. Only the thing is those senior citizens who are not having children or wish to live their retirement life due some issues in family can't afford ₹ 30000/- pm as they may not be having regular income or such high pension. In future founders can try to establish little economical homes for such people also. I am very happy and looking forward to join this type of club in future.

I have seen some Retirement Villages in Pune...it is a mixed bag... with staff problems and residents politics. Cost of living keeps going up and many can't afford eventually.. Longer you Live more the problems ...but it is not a bad concept...and yes Food is a major issue.

This retirement home is must needed in every city. Elders also deserve some fun in their life. They get to meet diff persons n get to know alot abt world. In home elders get frustrated as children go to their work n they r left alone with asusual boring routine. Really liked this idea.

Thank you for this video. After watching this my Father visited this place and loved it. He just started living there and so far loving it. The people and staff here is very courtious and caring. Although there are not many people there yet as shown in video. But we are told that its getting booked pretty quickly. Definitely worth the money considering there is no other expense other than monthly fee.

Excellent initiative in this day n age in our country where elderly people despite being well-off are left lonely n uncared with children relocating here n abroad for better career prospects or are not amenable to look after them. The only thing is this is meant for rich people as the charge of ₹30000/- per person is too exorbitant. The elderlies of middle class can't afford it n are left at the mercy of their destinies.

My father is there and so far he is very satisfied with the experience. Very few minor complaints but the owners & staff are very nice and try to resolve any issues he or other residents have. We are really happy with everything & most important is My dad is enjoying, he has his own daily routine, he made many friends there. Very good facilities and staff. Little expensive but considering there is no other expenses except for your medicines & other personal things, My dad says its worth it, and its filling up fast.
@@trendszone1504 yes, little more than 30k, but includes utilities, food, apt are well furnished, 24/7 nurse/ dr available, laundry & cleaning done by maids. Basically your every need is taken care of. Definitely worth the money.

Very impressed with the luxury living for senior couples. The cost of rental per person of 30k is very high . What kind of salary one has to earn to have minimum 60 k a month to reside on a basic plan. When and how much the cost will increase, will it be based on inflation or some other inducator?
People living in UK/USA/Canada are good candidates for this wonderful facility.
Only the extremely rich folks of india can afford to live in such a luxurious place.
It is a very good start to have such a great assisted living.

Very good concept but Rs30000 per person is a little costly for those who cant afford for a retired person who dont have a regular flow of income.but overall good concept for parents whos childrens are in US, canada & who can afford.
