I think most Danes would consider Mærsk a hierarchical company. But they do it the right way: Managers speaking freely with subordinates who are expected to contradict the leaders if they see a better way of doing things. This way management gets information from the employees doing the job; important information from the employees who often best know how to most effectively get the job done.
The best managers are those who listen to employees, getting this important information. And the very best are those who also make the employees think they made the decisions.
In Denmark it is hard to find good employees, so companies tend to to a lot to retain their employees. That is why we see all these employment perks here.

Hey Mario, thanks for the great video! With regard to sport, how is Track&Field handled in Danemark? As far as you know are there any 400m indoor tracks? I'm a speedster, and I can bear running outside during the cold months of Italian winter...but I don't think it is feasible to do this during the harsh Danish winter. About your superior not talking down to you. They migt have a different and perhaps even better skillset than you and that doesnt make them a better human being. Ergo dont talk down to others and dont accept others talking down to you. 💕

I don't know about the world... But we're not meat-shy 😄 but beef as Argentina is famous for is kinda expensive here, apart from the minced meat.
A beautiful good quality cut of steak is expensive and as with our taxi's a luxury that not everyone has every day.
It's more common to have beef as hakkebøf, bolognese or kebab.
In Argentina meat = beef, perhaps if you include other types of meat like pork Denmark is more

@LiveErrors yes because of religion. I absolutely know that as a orthodox, when we do Easter fast we can only eat fish. But science say something else.
I'm still trying to figure out do I really want to move to Denmark. I've even created post on reddit which was bullet by, I assume, Danes who said that I shouldn't even try Denmark based on my CV / qualifications. I'm corporate guy, Excel, SQL, software testing, ServiceNow and everyone there said that that is no enough to get job especially without higher education in specific field like IT. I work in IT for more than 4y. Helpdesk / servicedesk / analyst / software testing,I did not finished higher education in this field. I was chasing my dream with on my univ so education is irrelevant to my career. I'm watched some of your videos and I feel like I'll end up in some warehouse as labor worker.
I've watched some of your videos from the past and I can't take up my mind. There is so many factors to consider, currently I work in IT, I've reasonable salary but I'm aware that I'm able to have much much more before end of the year, like 3k euros, which will be a lot based on polish standards. I do have just 1 friend in Denmark and that's all. I'm scared that I'll be soooo lonely there! And can't even run away into the cars, as I'm petrolhead, due to high price of everything connected to the car.

@@MarioScianHQ thanks a lot for answer Mario. I think my experience in IT is not enough ,2 years as Analyst and 2 years as Helpdesk / ServiceDesk, at least due to some danish reddit users. So my best guess is to start small at some warehouse and learn language and more IT relevant skills for getting position as Tester.
Anyway thanks for answer :) I've to watch rest of your films as I'm fascinated in DK :)
