Couldn’t agree more. My current understanding is that installs such as the CTS are actually pointless, cause more issues, and that modifying your OEM PCV with an adapter plate+adapter, to keep the filter/valve in place + a suitable can is the way to go. Would anyone like to add to this?

Just installed your catch can on my Tiguan Mk 1 155 today - considering I've never done anything to an engine before, your instructions were great and it was pretty easy. Went for a 100km drive and there's already stinky blow-by oil on the bottom of the catch can dipstick.
I've always had issues with oil dripping from my intake hoses at the back of the engine, so hopefully this will help - that's what I really want to fix.
    Very happy :)

That sounds like one of the symptoms of a failed PCV. However, we cannot guarantee that our catch can will solve the issue you're experiencing, as that could be a multitude of other things.
