- Introducing zoom my blue throat macaw! He’s a real character and is sure to make you smile!
There is so much more to learn about him but this is a start! He’s a bird trainers dream to work with!
He has so many tricks and skills to show off! Flying through hoops isn’t an easy one for sure!
Conservation is very important to me with this species, working with parrot conservation Bolivia we hope to educate people all about these amazing birds.
Macaws are all very fun to work with but this little parrot is just amazing!! I hope you enjoy seeing him free fly!

Very cool that you get to work with him! We have a blue throated macaw at our local zoo and they are working on conservation of the species as well. Amazing that we get a second chance to save these incredible birds.

So good to see Craig and Zoom and his friends outside having a fly and play naturally, so refreshing to watch. I have only seen the birds that live indoors all the time on U Tube.
Great video thank you for including zoom he’s amazing love how he rolls on his back and can fly through hoops can’t imagine how hard it was to get him to do that.

I’m so confused, i just started watching your videos, and literally every second day you’ve been posting that u have a new bird, mostly macaws, that insane, where do u get them from, or adopt them, your incredible and its amazing how u can manage to keep all these birds healthy and happy, keep it up, your amazing.

I have a mixture of bought, adopted and bred by ourselves. Erm I think if someone fully understands them and is prepared to commit then fab!

This species is rare hand it over to an authorized breeding center.
Indeed they are in the wild, however the species is thriving in captivity.
One day he will go on to breed, currently he is too young.
He is however an ambassador bird for a conversation organisation and does his bit to raise awareness of the struggles that his wild ancestors face.
