Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a flavor packed viand which is Longganisa that you can offer in your food business. Let's start!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilo pork meat
1/2 kilo beef fats
1/2 kilo TVP
1/8 cup or 14 g paprika
1/4 cup or 72 g salt
1/4 cup or 65 ml liquid seasoning
5 tbsp. or 24 g pepper
3 1/2 cup or 700 g brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp. or 11 g phosphate accord
1 3/4 tsp. or 11 g curing salt
400 g garlic
