best and simplest tutorial on the situation out there. I upgraded my pc from hdd to sdd and wanted to start from zero on the ssd and didn't care for the files on the hdd so this was PERFECT!
@@WisdomThroughGod To be honest its been a while and I can't say with confidence I remember what I did anymore since I upgraded to windows 11 not long ago. I believe that as long as you select and format your SSD partition it should install on the SSD.

I just installed windows 10 with this tutorial and its really not that bad, sure it's not that ideal but if you look at it from a person who doesn't want to buy a usb or dvd to install the OS. It makes it much easier to do. Note: I'd recommend shrinking space from your main drive to install the os on a virtual disk just so you can install the drivers from your other system then you can format it and merge it together.

Hi thank you for the video. My hard disk is damaged, so I cannot open the laptop probably. I want to change the hard disk to SSD but since I cannot open the laptop, I need a flash drive to upload the Windows to the new SSD. I have another laptop that has a spot for SSD/Hard disk. Can I try your method on this laptop and put the SSD back in the laptop that I cannot open? Would this method work without damaging the other laptop as well? If not, what other option do you recommend to install Windows without flash drive to a laptop that has a hard disk damage (of course the hard disk will be replaced with a brand new SSD). Quick warning: the windows media creation tool is updated, follow the steps in the video and select the options that look most similar to the ones in the vid.
@@dawoodibrahim174 any data in C drive like your downloads/Desktop/Documents folder will be deleted when you install /upgrade windows. If you have saved your data in D or E drive then it will not be deleted unless you have done some partition changes at disk space level.
instead of the screen that pops up when you run setup.exe, the thing that appears is a window asking me if i want to update my windows or not. am I having the right iso file?
