The worst thing about cramps is when you get both back and stomach cramps at the same time. It is super uncomfortable and painful. My stomach cramps feel like someone just punched me full power in my lower stomach and back cramps are indescribable. They make me feel super uncomfortable and I can’t sit in one spot without squirming around

LOL BRYNN!! I have a lisp too xD I never could even tell you had a lisp Brynn. Kelsey, I can totally relate to your past self 😂. I relate to both of you so much, loved this podcast :). Glad you guys feel so comfortable with us to share these moments since they were embarrassing to you
My first period was such a tiny amount - like a tiny spot- and it was more brown, so I didnt know if it was my first period or if I had pooped a little during running (it was during track practice). But the next day it happened again so i knew it was my period. But what Im saying is it isnt always a big rush of blood in case some girls are worried. If youre worried about starting in the middle of class just wear thinx panties. They feel like normal underwear but absorb lots of period blood.
For the record, being on the pill to avoid pregnancy does NOT make you “dirty”.
I agree, but I think she said it cuz she was only 16 and didnt want a bad word on her now. So it makes sense
I know that, but I think she’s sending the wrong message. I mean, I’m sure there are tons of underage girls that are sexually active and use birth control pills, are they all “dirty” ?
@@mariana1997 Im not saying that they are dirty, but being in the public eye comes with alot of hatered and responsibility so she probably wants to stay away from drama online. She doesent want any rumours on her even if it is about this specific topic:) plus she doesent want to put pressure on young girls.

I was like Kelsey. I never eally wondered how babies are formed. I just thought a baby started growing in a woman's stomach. Like a tumor, LOL

love y’all and the pod but it shouldn’t be “offensive” for people to think you have a high body count, maybe a weird and rude thing to say/assume but I don’t think you guys should judge girls for what they do with their body

I'm was at my Big sister Dominique house 🏠 and I'm was 12 when I'm first starting My . period and my big sister Dominique was like scaring and saying that I'm becoming a woman I'm was so much scary of what was happening with me
