Triple Chocolate Cupcakes

This recipe makes 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients:
Cupcake batter:
1/2 flour
1/2 cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1 cup DARK chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipped cream
2/3 cup butter (170 grams)
2/3 powder sugar
Bake at 350F for 16 minutes.
