I can relate... My dad worked for Capital Security in Minnesota... I hated the school trips to the state capital... One day I out right told the teacher soon as I am getting there I am leaving.. So when we got there I asked to be taken to the security office...LOL I got to watch camera's of the interstate while my class was walking around the capital.. I think I gave my teacher a little heart attack doing that... Looking back I can see how everyone was so amazed at the trip, but for me I was there few times a week in the summer so it was normal....
I'm 32 and still the "One word kid" as well. I also like being straight to the point. If my mother asks me to do something that takes not even ten seconds to say and she drags it out for two minutes on info i don't need, it drives me nuts.

I would interject sooner than that if i had places to be or things to do. I have no problem being somewhat rude if my time is being wasted. Or in most cases i just sit and listen, or act like i am if i don't care for the subject being talked about. But i like short to the point discussions.

Anyways so he made them hold it and it was either him or audience members who took a pic of them holding it. And he went off on them about how they had really good seats and it was wild. I whispered to my mom: “This one will not be on Netflix. The AZ one will not be on there”. I will never forget that.

You missed a lot.” So I think he was mad but also upset because they got there a little more than halfway through the show and still expected to be able to stay in there to see what they missed. Again I don’t think he was being a bad person. He was just upset by them not being on time and expecting him to just be okay with them watching the next showing. Which he wasn’t gonna let happen. That’s all. He was understandably upset with them.
If you let your kids do whatever they want, they will be weak. Give them increasing responsibility; have a brief chat abt how they did it right and ask them to critique their own work, then give your feedback and ask them if they agree or not and why. Create a feedback loop where failure is not a negative outcome to feel awful abt, its simply an opportunity to improve.
It's kind of sad that the whole time it's just new and uploaded again and again, each time with a different title but always the same clips.. and then you also have the comments thanking him for uploading the video today, it's not like the same clip came last week and before that too... and several times before that too, I like it really and he entertains me every time i see his videos i just wish they were new videos too.

Funny. My youngest daughter, when she wanted to do something, go somewhere, she would ask me if she could make my highballs. I caught on after a few times. She would make them pretty strong. After she had me 3 sheets to the wind she would ask. Of course I said she could do whatever she was asking. A few days later when it's time to go, I didn't remember telling her she could? Well, now looking back on that, she's a professional bartender in the city of Chicago doing very well for herself. Being a country girl, lets just say, there's not much that scares her, and she can take care of herself with no problem.
