P&O Britannia Beach House - FULL Review & Explaining The Price - WARNING your Mouth Will Water!

- Fancy a change from the MDR's or the Buffet on board the P&O Britannia then the Beach House is a absolute must. It isn't part of the included food on the Britannia as there is a cover charge and a extra supplement on certain dishes but it is excellent value for money we think.
The Food is inspired by the Caribbean and South America so yes we're talking Juicy Steaks and smoking ribs 😋
So take a look as we review the food, explain how to book and show the menu with all prices.

Love the beach house on Iona, if you are able to book it online before embarkation the cover charge was £7.50. Loved the fajitas and crab tostados and banana split. They were all included in the cover charge. Thanks for sharing guys!

I'm a buffet/free food guy all the way but for under £10 i will try this on my next cruise on p&o ventura in September.
We did the Beach house on Arvia twice and absolutely loved it well worth the extra charge. Another fantastic vlog x
We went to the Beach House on Azura in 2022 and were a bit apprehensive probably because of how the menu is setout and the fact it's a bit of the Buffet 'cordoned' off. But it was excellent, as you said the food was really good quality and the staff and service was good. We went on a black tie night as we didn't want to do want to do black tie that night and it was nice and relaxed.
Great Vid again guys ! Sailing in 2 weeks time and managed to book a table, bring on the Steak please ! 😄

This was brilliant guys xx the seafood kebab looked so nice - yummy seafood. I think monkfish is a cross between cod and haddock , so nice with bacon wrapped around it.
That food looked fantastic. Me and the wife couldn’t get into the beach house as it was fully booked. Maybe a place to try on our next cruise whenever that might be. Happy cruising to you .

As you said you could not book on the My holiday app for this restaurant
We tried to book it on board but every time we checked the app it came up fully booked
so looks like we missed out on some amazing food the wife would have loved the steak and i would have loved the fish kabab

Hi you two!! I finally got it right, I just finished eating dinner when I saw this video. So I watched with a full stomach. LoL 😅. All the food looked amazing. I would not have cooked the steak anymore, I love it rare. Again, very reasonably priced even if you didn't have a dining pkg. Thank you for showing all the great food.

Food looks very good. Before covid the charge was £7 for the 3 course with no extra charges .

My first thought in all your cruise video's is that we could just be fine in the buffet and restaurants that are included in the cruise price. Now that being said, I love Steak and Shrimp/Prawns too! The food here looked wonderful! Also nice that you can make your reservations in advance. Now bring on the cheesecake! The lemon thing looked delicious too. Oh Oh here comes Key Lime Sorbet. Decisions Decisions! 🤣🤣 We enjoyed the food review, Kev and Stacey. The prices don't sound bad. Thanks for bringing us along.

Thoroughly enjoying your vlogs have booked cruise on Iona although we have cruised P&O plus 3 other cruise lines but not in such a short a period as your selves. Do you both have full time jobs seeing how many trips you have fitted in over the last 9 months. Look forward to seeing your Princess cruise vlog.👍
Hi yes we do at the moment and both get a decent holiday allowance so we make the most of it lol. The videos do go out over the course of a few months as well so sometimes it looks like we are going straight on another lol
Thank you for sharing your experience. Just booked our first cruise on britannia and being on the spectrum i need to know everything before i go and your videos have done that. I have a question about celebration nights, is it just the buffet you can eat in if you're not dressing up or can you eat in the paid for restaurants like the beach house?
Hi thanks so much and from what we can remember you definitely didn't have to be dressed up to eat in the Buffet and it might of also included the glass house in that. But just check your Horizon magazine to be sure as it will tell you the dress code. Hope you have a lovely cruise

Hi that's a good question but we're not actually sure what they do. Worth asking them on board the ship or emailing them beforehand to ask 😁

P&O gratuities are included in the price of the cruise but if you feel you have got great service from someone specific then you can tip them separately as well if you wanted to

Hi we only booked the cruise a few weeks before so not sure how early it becomes available if you book months in advance

Not much on the menu for vegetarians or vegans, it’s the same in all the specialty restaurants.
Yay, I went there ( June 2024) . Prices up to £9:50 for the steak, or swinging kebab. Food mediocre/ O.K , setting is in the buffet, no special decoration, nothing to write home about Worth it? no way. You must be getting something for the over enthusiastic review of the Beach house.
