Beautiful bike, no doubt. I wonder why Indian doesn't put an oil cooler on the Springfield like they do for the fairing models. Harley Road King - oil cooler, stock. As hot as the Thunderstroke 111 runs, it needs it.

I bought the exact model, greatest bike I have ever owned. In town, especially in summer you feel it, perhaps this is the main reason you have the option to shut down one of the cylinders. I am looking into getting an oil cooler or fan.

Makes me wonder why any motorcycle company would chrome any un finished or unrefined surface (notice the valve covers)

Think they were right to reduce the size of the tank badge on new models. Everything else about the bike is over the top; tank badge doesn’t need to be huge.
