I love Quinta do Lago. Only got into golf last year off the back of playing some of the courses in Portugal with my FiL and still too terrified to take my terrible game onto the South Course! That massive house around 20:20 is also unreal, the driveway has a couple of Rolls Royces just chilling... Great video as always!

Great video, I hope you do lots more and really make a big deal of getting a handicap and following where it's at in all full round videos. It would be great to follow and it seems bizarre that other big youtube golfers haven't played around with personal handicap content, it's relatable and engaging.

May have only been a bronze medal, but it was gold medal content gents.
Honestly, a few inches one way or the other on a handful of putts, and maybe some better luck with those false fronts, and we're looking at 5-7 strokes better. It was really tremendous golf that got hidden by some spin-induced drawbacks off greens, and a bit of unluckiness on some 12-18 foot putts that just as easily could've dropped.
Great stuff... makes me want to head to Portugal for sure.

I love watching stuff like this, because he knows exactly how to hit the shot he wants to hit - there's zero reason for this round to be 4 over. The problem always seems to be shot choice and club choice - I never feel convinced anything inside 100 yards is totally thought through!
I'd honestly love to see a cracking golfer like Pete play a round being coached by a couple of tour pros, or top caddies, or something....see how much of a difference it does or doesn't make.
Tiger always said the difference between the guys that win and the greats that can do it over and over is that consistency with course management. Don’t make dumb shots, keep hazards out of play, and hit it straight (obviously that last part is easier said than done)

Top content again, playing some great golf at the moment. just been to spain myself at isla canela and valle guardiana links, you should try it whilst your out there. Its my uni venue abroad as i am at this golf school down at East sussex national. They fly us out to spain for winter training. I didnt stay far from there and had a mate play that course you played with his family when they flew out. I played at castro marim in portugal also a decent course.

I believe if you used a local caddy the false fronts would have been hammered into your head many holes earlier. Effortless swing and ungodly distances is a pleasure to watch for a subscriber, the unsubscribed must be utterly gobsmacked by your talent!
I like the weather in Birdieville personally. Good beer too
The great thing about the course is how they trimmed up all the trees. Makes it so elegant-looking. Guess they chipped the limbs and used it for mulch. A lot of courses would do well to replicate the look.

Would love to see you play Le Robinie Golf Club & Resort in Italy! I've been there a few times. Absolutely beautiful and quite difficult! Very interesting holes, plenty of variation.

Do you have any tips on learning to properly use true bladed irons? I want to make the jump. I’ve hit them decent enough on a simulator and I have been using a forged cavity back but I don’t quite understand how to properly use a blade if that makes sense

That second shot on the 8th hole was unfortunate to be a bit long. Perhaps Kieran can ask the birds (since he's the bird whisperer) how to play that chip on that green. 😆 Next stop, Birdie Central!
