i have gone through payment plan, and studio of almost 450 sq ft with price around 1.1 m starting don't do any justification. Overly Priced !!

As far as I know, Uptown has no that much space to accommodate the next world tallest building.
Uptown Tower, recently completed in 2022, stands at 340 meters and is currently the second tallest building in Uptown Dubai. There are talks of other upcoming skyscrapers like Ciel Tower reaching 360 meters, but none surpassing the Burj Khalifa's height.
Bus loog follow kar rahay ha so started selling stupid stuff....whats the point of Creek then if world tallest tower is coming in uptown. Secondly Danube is a low quality developer. Thirdly project is overpriced and the list goes on and on
