By far my favorite gameplay video format for SWU. Great commentary, visuals and audio. No card flicking into the mic or unreadable cards. Great job guys.

Cool vid. The vibe seems super chill and the pace of the play and edits felt good. If I may suggest something, maybe you can display your life counters on the screen, like to the right of your onscreen names (moving the leader/location showcases to the left)? Another suggestion might be to throw up a card onscreen that someone has played that has a cool or significant gameplay effect (or a card you guys have a mini chat about)? That’s it. Looking forward to checking out more of your gameplay vids.

physical cards just look so much better than TTS. My only note is about tracking resources as they are cutoff a bit, more so on Mike's side than Jay's. I know keeping track of spent vs ready would take alot of editing time but maybe just having the total some where or maybe even a round number would be nice. Overall I think this format works really well.
Also I feel like I'm always giving suggestions but I hope you guys know that I really enjoy the content.
Thanks for the feedback! That was sort of the editing trade off in making sure the cards in the ground and space are big enough. Tracking resources would be cool but def a lot of editing work but maybe in the future we’ll do it anyway!
Very enjoyable video to watch! Played the game yesterday for the first time and I like seeing the cool cards in action. They look so much better physically than digitally, so great format!
The fact that Jay finally got a haircut is celebration enough to like this video. As others have said, this format is far superior to TTS, hopefully one day you guys can get some IRL games in for us, but this is a great alternative. Music is good too, I enjoy Golden Dice videos but the dead-air silence can be awkward between actions. Maybe a running health tally beside the names/aspects could be something to consider too if it's not too much trouble. Please continue to get more of these.

Awesome matchup, background music was perfect, it really feels like you're in the room watching you two play. Maybe flash a deck list from each of you in the future before you start, I'd personally like to be more mentally engaged with how or why you are making decisions as you are making them. That being said, I'm sure you've shown these decks in the past and I missed it. Love your content, keep it coming!!

Set up looks super great! Only thing I might recommend is orienting both cameras vertically so we get an equal view of both boards. I’m not sure if anyone else would agree with that but just a suggestion. Keep up the great work, I really appreciate the content you guys put out!
I thought about editing it that way but it looked kinda weird cause our space / ground arenas would’ve been mismatched. We can maybe try it out in the future

Subbed just for this great presentation! I appreciate the effort with the TTS game reports but the presentation isn't great - they have to zoom out so far to catch everything going on, so you're basically squinting trying to follow cards on the table. This looks awesome, like you're playing a game yourself, and I'd love to see more!

Im unsure if anyone brought it up but im pretty sure the mulligan rule for the game is a full 6 back, shuffle and redraw, keeping the new hand

It’s a little weird with so many moving pieces in this game but i do enjoy this as someone who can’t travel as much. (It’s how i play all my one piece regionals lol)

Seems like the first player to resolve a Darth Vader (commanding the first legion) is favoured to win the game.

I’d say rotate Jay’s playmat so it’s not upside down for viewers otherwise it’s good! Is the taking in a perfect fit at least?
Tarkin was naked at the beginning but Jay slotted him back into the slide case shortly after 😅
It’d also be cool if the first time a card is played to have an image of it appear to the left of the play area showing what it is

I realized the game just came out. But how soon if ever do you think they will come out with a digital version of the game? Perhaps for computer or console.
They won’t be releasing a digital client, but there will be unofficial ones eventually.

I’m not sure if there’s a discord specifically for that, but we do have a discord server (link in description)

That’s correct, we did full mulligan.
What kind of tokens do you own?
Jay is using the official Gamegenic tokens, and Mike is testing out the set from BTST - we’re gonna have a token review with a bunch of different sets up on the channel in the next couple weeks

Pretty sure in Star Wars unlimited you are only allowed to do a full mulligan ?
