11:30 Would the OB off Avenger only be 4 because of Luke’s on played? Didn’t really matter but I’m just curious. Great vid as always y’all!
Following for answer as well!
Definitely should have been.
Came to the comments for exactly this. Luke only takes 4 there.
Yeah. Looked like it was over anyway. But still important.
Yea, Luke should've lived and Matty could've possibly come back because it seemed like his plan for Avenger was Force Throw, which was obviously thwarted by his Luke "dying"
Great Vid; thanks for the gameplay as always!
Great vid, I like these two decks a lot.
Glad to see Chirrut, his my main deck rn and i like watching how other people are playing him
Chirrut rules!
Healing the Inferno to transfer the dmg was a brilliant big brain move. Gonna have to remember that one
Thanks I thought that was a pretty cool one haha
@@SWU_KTOD But shouldn't you just move over 1?
Love the gameplay but I really wished ya'll talked through and announce your plays so I can listen as much as i watch
This was the last of our games from our first recording session, so we're learning a lot about what people like. We are recording more this week and will be chattier, thanks for the feedback
Rules Clarifications:
Chirrut can be assigned more damage than his remaining HP.
Chirrut is defeated passively as soon as the regroup phase starts if he has damage on him equal to or greater than his remaining HP.
If Chirrut is attacked by a unit with Overwhelm, there is no excess damage if he is not defeated.
03:16 oh god.... you triggered my ocd lol. It's designed to go underneath!
Oops!
Do you now prefer this over krennic? Adv vs disadvantages? I’ve been back and forth over these for several days now and can’t decide.
Matty here: I love iden and think she’s great into boba and most other midrange control decks. I think you can tune her to your local meta and have success. Krennic seems to stack up pretty well to aggro from what I’ve seen.
If you’re interested in more on iden consider my deck tech video I just did.
You never want to sideboard bases cause then that's staple. There's no other option that more affects the game so, it doesn't increase strats it actually reduces as you are automatically -1 to -2 cards in side
I don't think you'd do it in every deck, but maybe. There are some certain ones that I wish I could (like chewie)
Game 2 alternate ending, play k2 force throw own k2 into k2 for 3 damage to base. If opponent had 3 hp left on base when would Iden’s heal trigger? I assume after k2 therefore Chirrut wins before Iden heals?
If there are multiple abilities that trigger at the same time, the active player chooses the order they’re resolved. The game ends the moment enough damage is done to base.
Please provide deck lists to help viewers follow along.

@@SWU_KTODmight be helpful to link those videos in the description then.
Good idea
How do u kill a Luke with a barrage with a 2 str ship? 😜
Sounds like we might have goofed
-6/-6 with luke on the avenger makes it a 2 power unit so overwelming barrage only made gave him 4 attack on luke. Huge misplay there
Mistakes happen after a long filming session. I think the game was wrapped up regardless
@@SWU_KTOD Not necessarily, Matty had Force throw and with the -6/6 k2 would have been enough to kill the Avenger, then he keeps Luke on the board next turn and has a Redemption to drop to heal for 8.
