2 Tbsp fennel seeds
3-4 cardamom pods and seeds
1 Clove not more
Boil the water till it reduces to 1 cup of water.
Strain and add honey as desired. Avoid honey if diabetic.
Consume this warm drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Along with this;
Eat seasonal fruits - for adequate antioxidants
15- 20 minutes of exercise - to balance hormones
Adequate sleep to rejuvenate skin.

4. 1 clove
Boil these mixture for 5-7 minutes until water doesn't get reduced to the half. Let the mixture to get cool down up to drinkable,then mix one spoon honey into this mixture,then take this.
