- Hey everyone! We've got a bit of a long one today with a cover of Right In Two, by a band that really needs no introduction, Tool. These guys took a permanent place on my list of greatest bands ever after being introduced to them by my good buddy Alex (with whom I've been part of many a musical journeys), and for good reason. With a masterful grasp of experimental time signatures and poly-rhythms, Tool definitely tickles a certain part of the brain with fantastic compositions that release new secrets on every listen.
While this song isn't exactly technically difficult, it was still a struggle to get this in a single take with all the nuances and precision Adam Jones delivers in his performance. Between the natural harmonics, syncopation of layered time signatures, and even just the raw emotion in his playing, this song encompasses everything that makes Tool, well, Tool.
Hope you dig the video, and as always give it a like and subscribe to the channel to keep up to date on all new videos! - Hudba
Holy F***ing Sh!t mate!!
I am always impressed when people can play Adam Jones in time and with the same feel. But this guy CLEARLY has some metal shred and the solo was SO tasteful and well placed. Amazing!
Thank you so much man, comments like that make my fucking day!
Always loved this song. One of my favorites of all time. Well played. 🤙🏼
Insane, good job
Pretty bad ass dude. Thanks for sharing.
Incredible. Love the way you play the harmonics.
Dang I didn't know Justin Chancellor could play guitar so well too
Stellar, simply stellar!

One of my Favorite Tool songs. Well Done.
It's one off, if not my favourite Tool song and one of my favourite songs of all time. You improved it I think!
Amazing playing of a great song !
Many thanks! It's definitely one of my favourites from them that doesn't seem to get enough attention
That’s fuckin beautiful
Sick cover man! Just started on this song a few weeks ago. Can’t wait to finish it up! So fun to play and getting real insight on how simplicity can be used to create a masterpiece. Keep it up!
Man….. that’s so Awesome.
A divine song.
Great job man! My favorite song of Tools and my first time to watch a guitar play through of it. Awesome to see the magic in the recipe. Thanks!!
Fantastic song and fantastic playing
this guitar sings under the Danny's hypnotic hits.. beautiful cover !!
5:45 part is similar to descending :)
Amazing cover bro!! Keep it up!

That's an awesome tune!!!
Damn Rocker Jesus is awesome ❤
Excellent!
Fantastic work
Really well done. Enjoyed that.
Many thanks!
Amazing job brother. Loved that you added in your own touch with the little solo. Great job. Please do more. ❤
P.S. what guitar is that? Nice shape to it.
Many thanks man! And the guitar is a Schecter Tempest Custom, one of my favourites in my little collection
Sehr, sehr geil !!
good cover!
Very nice. I have a Schecter exactly like yours. Love it. Good price as well. Love the lyrics to this song. Most probably don’t have a clue that he is talking from the possible perspective of an angel from the beginning of Creation and down through time.
chapeau
This is just a great performance. Other than "Pushit" live this is my favorite song. And "Disgustipated."

WOW brother....... Just WOW. That was killer!!! Earned a new subscriber :) Can't wait to check out your other stuff if you can do an AJ cover...... Thats skill.
Many thanks! I'm not too familiar with that group, if ya got a link to one of their songs I'll gladly check them out
Edit: Just realized you probably meant Adam Jones. The heat here must be cooking my brain a bit
@@TheStrode No worries Mate, I should have been more clear! Keep up the good work!!
When I listen to this so do my neighbors.
backing track? this is amazing thank you
Thanks! Not using a real/official backing track for this one, but ran the song through an AI program (lalal.ai) to strip the guitars from the original mix.
Nice... how long have you been playing for?
I'd say about 15 years or so now, give or take.
What kind of guitar is this?
This is a Schecter Tempest Custom, wonderful neck through build with coil taps on hand. Definitely one of my favourites I've ever played.
@@TheStrode One of the coolest guitars I’ve seen. Also sounds great
Is this all one channel and you're just manipulating the volume like Adam? Is the same delay setting on whole time or just parts?
It's all one take but I'm using a bit of automation to switch between two different amp settings for clean and dirty tones, and also to add some extra boost of delay in spots and wah action in the middle of the interlude. The delay settings themselves don't really change, just an approximation of 1/4 notes ping-ponging around the weird time signatures.
