Here I want to ask a question...I too bake my cakes in a pan over gas. What should be the level of gas in which a cake should be baked? Low or medium?
Kindly clearify. I have been baking in extremely low flame n it takes a longer time n also is this for this reason that my cake top always remains moist n sticky
