Mirror Mirror- Speak to yourself

Encourage yourself by looking in the mirror.
Say: I am... Beautiful/handsome, blessed, a teacher, strong, etc.
(things that apply to you)
Everyday before you leave the house, look in the mirror give yourself a pep talk to get your day started.
Believe in what you say.
The battle is within your mind and you have a choice to turn it around.
Envision the words you speak over yourself while you look in the mirror.
