Thank you love!! ❤️ Some areas in NYC water is not really filtered, I drink Essentia water. I use the purified water to clean all my fruits, veggies, and especially with my celery. You can use any bottled or glass water that has been filtered/purified.

Thanks for putting up the ingredients for the smoothie. How much liquid were you using to make it? Also, was this the only to. e you were taking the ACV, at night? Most acv drinks state 8oz h20 with 1-2 tbs acv. just curious as I would like to try the smoothie version. tia
+christine1962ful You're welcome hun! Either with the coconut water or water I would use about 2 cups, sometimes a tab bit more if it drys up and not enough to blend. I was only using the ACV with my smooties, I did try with a glass of water but my nose can not handle the smell. I like doing the smoothies better b/c it hides the smell and taste of the ACV. Hopes this helps.
I'm on two weeks now, and I'm seeing a difference in my clothes, but not on the scale. I thought my scale was wrong or something, so I bought another one, and it was still the same. 😕😞
I'm glad you are seeing a difference. Don't pay attention to the scale. I go months at a time not looking at the scale because it will discourage you. Continue with the process and I grantee you that you will more change. Don't give up love, you got this!
