We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Wassup Chance? All this home needs is a pantry, I just love the fireplace, just imagine decorating it for the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I love this layout where the bedrooms are on the side and not on the ends. Somehow it seems more like home.
This home is very appealing, well designed, spacious, and homey. While many may find the price too high, compared to the trashy real estate they’re peddling in Florida, this home is reasonably priced. Great job. Always great to see Cullen. Thank you.

Love the master bath...love the square sinks and brushed nickel faucets! Love the fireplace and built in oven and stove...Love the kitchen backslash! I could see myself in this house if they replaced the carpeting with the same vinyl flooring!

Love this one. Only thing I would do is for go the folding counter in the utility room and put a deep freeze there.
Guest bath needs only one sink, so you can have counter space. It's a gorgeous home.

There’s a lot to like in this home. First of al, I like the layout a lot! The tile shower & crown molding throughout really stood out to me!! And of course that master closet with the built-ins!

I loved that master bath all it needed was a 4th bedroom but I still loved it 😊❤
I really liked that the second bath had a walk in shower,that's handy for old people to have plenty of room for a shower chair and an easy step in,that house is really Beautiful

I absolutely really the layout of this place! It has that farmhouse look, especially on the island. My favorite parts are before you walked into the place is the skirting around the bottom, different colors on the outside; inside, when you walked into the place is the flooring through out, the stoned fireplace, windows on either side, stand alone stove on the counter, in the utility room where you can hang your coats, etc., the closet in the master bedroom where the drawers are at, & the master bathroom; window above the tub, as well as above the kitchen sink.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This home is awesome just wish it had a coat closet. The backsplash is beautiful and the color scheme with the blue and whatever color they used to go with is so nice. Wish I knew what the exact colors were. I could live happily in a home like this. Thanks for showing Chance.
This is marvelous… fabulous layout, I love the way the kitchen is tucked away and is so well appointed… great colors, not too farmhouse, more modern, I personally think the farmhouse trend is just about played out…. Very nice home, the only flaw is no coat closet and no linen closets or cabinets. The laundry room could have a pantry space instead of the drop zone and the open shelves make 1 half as coat closet and the other half at least one linen closet.
I love the dining room and kitchen area. The dining room open door brings more light.

I really like the base floor plan. That inset front door is really nice as is the front door itself. I have a thing for leaded glass doors. The window over the sink is really nice, Two things for sure I'd do are some drawer over on the island and lengthen the center wall to end in line with foyer wall. more furniture flexibility in the living room and more privacy to the guest bedrooms from the kitchen dining area. That would be good linen storage in the master closet. Really a nice idea. That master bath was really great. Just a doggone nice house as shown.

Love the arched window in the kitchen (love the sink at the window...always). Backsplash is awesome...
Like the style of windows in the living room but do want them to be able to open for airflow. The kitchen is great and the dining area is very good and living room space is very very good and even though I don't care for elongated electric fireplace's this one is the best looking but still would want a traditional style fireplace if offered. The only thing in laundry/utility room I don't like but I'm sure they can change is to have the Water heater in a easy access closet with a door.
Hi Chance and Cullen....Just loving this home ...Absolutely beautiful....❤....master bath needs a extra shower 🚿 head....the master closet is amazing....with that built in you may not need and extra dresser...the kitchen and living room Absolutely Gorgeous...love the corner cabinet in the kitchen nice for small appliances....the back splash is beautiful it looks so nice with the cabinets to the ceiling... awesome laundry like the cubbies in the laundry.. the dining room ceiling is gorgeous... ❤.....Be Safe Be Blessed..Nice to see you Mr. Cullen ❤

Like the foyer; Few homes have those. Set -in fireplace / entertainment w/ windows on each side...NICE! Kitchen size & layout is perfect.

I can see that shelved area in the utility room being used as a pantry, just add more shelves.

This is a home that I would buy. I would only change the the racks in the closet and put a door on the shower . I really like the layout. Good job .😊
Really loved the built in dresser, a lot of times I wish they would leave dresser space in the closet as an option.
Also I love the kitchen colors.
So long as I can have the changes made to the laundry/utility room and get the Windows in the living room to open and hopefully a traditional style fireplace I'd buy this home.

The utility room is the best I've seen ever. Especially the size of the shelf to fold clothes. The bedrooms are good size. Nice bathroom for those bedrooms. Love master bedroom and master closet. Its a beautiful home. Love master bathroom with lighted mirrors. Love that the tile goes up to the ceiling. LOVE you son Cullen, he's just the cutest little giy.

Cascade was super hard to work with 21st mortgage was extremely easy fast and got things done please shop around before you buy a home we almost gave up on the home we wanted but we found 21st it was the best thing we did
