Another great, super-quick recipe, Kevin. I expect I could use a chicken breast cut into four pieces as it's just me on my own. For some reason I've never tried poached garlic but that and the rest of the dish look like another that will be a big hit with me. As always, thanks for such easy to follow instructions and the extra tip on how best to remove the garlic skins. This will be on the menu early next week. Love, Steve & Noggin xxx

Kevin, you have done it agan. What a simple and marvelous meal! I so enjoy taking a break from my projects around our farm cottage, to tune into your channel. My pallet is termed "broad". I feel like I must have those 1,000 taste buds. Love to cook simple, flavorful International foods, as well as our classic New England fare. When I lived in England, I did enjoy some their classics, like Yorkshire Pudding, meat pasties and summer pudding, but I tended to lean towards the French cuisine. Thanks for bringing us into your kitchen to share what your cooking and for all the dedication you put into these videos. ~ Diane

I have to ask ... did this meal "come back" to either you or Mr. Fox at about 2am? I feel like that much garlic might be hard on the tummies in my household. Maybe not! Only one way to find out, really. Cheers!

I know this is anathema, but I only had skinless chicken breast in the freezer/ no chance to shop and was so anxious to try this anyway. Clutch the pearls, Kevin - it was still absolutely delicious! Thanks so much (yet again!!)

You could absolutely use the garlic water for rice or soup.
Love your honesty Kevin "we' will probably polish it all off" - fact is when the bone is removed and (sometimes) the skin you are left with just a little meat! - will give this a try. How are Binky aand Avery liking the snow these days?

Hey Kevin..I am sure the 40 glove garlic chicken was amazing and im going to try it...I was wondering if you have a good recipe for chicken and dumplings..I am not having any luck with my dumpling recipe.
Confession time: When I make dumplings, I use the recipe that is (or at least was) on the box of Bisquick Baking Mix. The. Best. Dumplings. Ever. I'll film the recipe demonstration soon!
