I make the same but with chunky PB so I don't need to get the roasted peanuts, rice wine vinegar instead of the apple cider. Instead of regular soy and honey, I use sweet dark soy and palm sugar. Sesame oil, fish sauce, garlic chili sauce, dried ginger and oyster sauce finish it up. I will batch up and refrigerate to make quickly. Use the pasta water to soften the sauce or throw in Microwave. Add protein such as tofu, chicken of scrambled egg. If you can find mung sprouts that a bonus.
