Don’t lift back-latch on RH-PUSHER

Thanks for video to Ferro felling tree service from USA.
If a big tree been cut down with help of a Tree-Jack if can be a little difficult to get the crank loose to lower the tool.
Do as fallow:
Put The tool in front of you turn the crank straight against you. Hold the tool-handle with both hands and push down. That’s the easiest way to get the crank loose. Now lower the tool without lifting the safety pawl (back-latch).
if the above doesn't help, try describing your problem with the tool, and we'll try to help you.
The tool must be lubricated regularly! Read the instructions.
