Oca pastaficio is definately legit. Their dishes are well balanced and subtle in flavour which is not something you find in Vancouver for Italian cuisine. Ask for Luigi is definitely a classic! Big bold flavours, both of them to me are top contenders and are one of the only few places that focuses on scratch made pastas

So conkilye because CH = K in Italian. Simple rules and you’ll always pronounce it correctly. Like bruschetta = Brusketta! Hope that helps. The food looks stunning! Thanks xx I think I’ve decided I have to have the squid ink pasta and seafood at Luigi! Going to dream about it till then! 😅
