This was really helpful, I like how you show us great pictures of the food, then tell us what it was like. We kind of get the gist from walking in and seeing it all without you having to talk for five hours, we get your take from what you show. I've never been to a Michelin starred place, it would be amazing to try one.

This food looks just amazing. I’ve only ever eaten at Michelin street carts in Asia. The presentation on these dishes are incredible and I can only imagine how delicious they were.
The food was excellent at these restaurants in Vancouver, as well as the presentation and the service! We've also eaten at Michelin places in SE Asia and they were so much cheaper lol. Oh well, it was worth it in Vancouver :)

They are usually quite good, although we’ve tried some that were very disappointing. We had dinner at a Michelin star restaurant in Rome and the food was not good and the service was terrible. We made sure that they knew we were unhappy lol. Needless to say, that place didn’t make it into one of our videos. Fortunately that has only happened once to us. Thanks for watching :)
I’ll admit I still use a rubber band on chopsticks but what the heck, the main thing is to enjoy the food - that duck is simply amazing 😊👍
A friend of ours uses the rubber band with chopsticks, it's almost like having training wheels on a bicycle lol. As long as it works though, that's the main thing. The duck was excellent...I can't believe we haven't had it before. Thanks for watching :)
Amazing food tour. Didn't realize Vancouver had that many restaurants in the Michelin Guide, whereas Montreal has none!
Yes, I guess the Michelin Guide hasn't made it to Montreal yet! But Montreal does have lots of great restaurants anyway. Cheers :)
I think I read that Toronto and Vancouver did a big push to request Michelin check out some restaurants to help get business back after the Covid slump. As far as I know, Michelin didn't review anything in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand until this Toronto/Vancouver thing. Most people were shocked Montreal wasn't included since it's known for its food. But I guess that's in the future.
