lyrics:
♫♪Here we come on the run
With a burger on a bun
And a dab of coleslaw on the side!
Oh your taste we will tickle
With a cold dill pickle
And all of our potatoes are french fried fried fried!
Our burgers can't be beat
Because we grind our own meat
grind grind grind grind grind
Fred Flinstone and Barney Rubble
Are to blame for all our trouble♪♫
And if they think that we'll forget
♫♪They're out of their mind mind mind mind mind!♪♫ - Krátké a kreslené filmy
"Our burgers can't be beat cause we grind our own meat" classic!!
I'm 31yrs.of age and I'm still here for the stones and Jetsons.this generation don't appreciate good cartoons like this now a days..
You can say that again.
I was under 10 and I enjoyed this when I started watching it and grew up on it. I'm not even 20 yet.
People who obsess over being better than younger people are immature as narcissistic sisters who think they're smarter by being 2 years older than their siblings.
Grow up.
And also! Flintstones was inspired by a show that was inspired by domestic violence!
And they won't stay off our yards!
Love the opening scene with jazz playing in the background. The Flintstones always had the greatest incidental music.
You can thank Mr. Hoyt S. Curtin for that.
I burst into hysterics when Fred and Barney shrunk. It was just perfectly timed after everything that happened.
Thank you for posting this. For some reason I thought Pebbles and Bamm Bamm sang this. I'm over 60 and still sing this song in my head as I'm walking or doing housework.
Pebbles and Bam Bam sang the song "Let the sunshine in"...classic..
What a blooper with Betty and Vilma dress. 👉😳💥
When “The Flintstones” were fiirst on TV, we only saw them in black & white. There was no discussion of the colors of Wilma and Betty’s dresses since they were just light grey and darker grey.
You could say
"When this first aired on TV, they didn't see blue but gray so it wasn't as obvious"
Instead of "in my day"
Because we know how time works and have seen history books with gray pictures. Also, that doesn't change that it's there so people are gonna giggle about it.
As a kid, I never knew why they showed a close-up of Fred and Barney while they were singing "Grind, grind grind ". Now I know why, and now I think that they couldn't show that kind of grinding on TV back then !!!!
Lol... I used to love watching the flint stones
America blames Wilma and Betty. Excellent!!
Here's what the delivery girls sing
Here we come on the run
with a burger on a bun
and a dab of coleslaw on the side
For your taste buds will tickle
with a cold dill pickle
and all of our potatoes are
french fried, fried, fried
Our burgers can't be beat
cause we grind our own meat
grind, grind, grind, grind, grind
And as you're on your way
a tip upon our tray
We'd love to find, find, find, find!
One of my favorite episodes
this is from one of the episodes where Daws Butler subbed for Mel Blanc as Barney because Blanc was recovering from a car accident.
That was the beginning of the second season
Mel voices Barney in this one. His Barney voice was different then.
Yeah, it’s definitely Mel. He’s just doing his first Barney voice.

One of the most memorable moments of my childhood.
alan-jean-bea-mel...we miss you all......RIP......
Some pretty cool music at the beginning 😃👍🏾
Mr. Hoyt Curtin at the controls!
Awesome! Wilma & Betty rock...
I love the jazzy music at the beginning. Which they used in other episodes of course.
When Hurricane Wilma hit in 2005, my brother sent me this:
"Here she comes, on the run, winds that hit you like a gun, and a flash of floods on the siiiiiide..."
That's pretty damn clever!
Seventh Mist That was corny.
😂To funny
For your bones, they will tickle with rains like icicles, and all of the lightning bolts from the sky, sky, sky
Anyone else notice the change in Wilma and Betty's dresses lol
yeah they used to really draw shit and all this fake computer graphics shit , this has soul unlike all that pixar shit.
Whaddya talking about?? Oh yeah..the blue dress in the beginning......they're wearing their "going out on the town" ear bobs......(earrings)....I was transfixed on those.....almost missed it.
Also 0:12 you can't see anyone's legs and feet under the table...were they all sitting with their legs crossed? ;-)
And their hats switch - Betty starts off with the green one and by the end of the song has on the blue one :-)
yup I noticed
Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble/Are to blame for all of their troubles
(And if they think that we'll forget),
They're outta their mind-mind-mind-mind-miiiiinds!!
solesirching73 : LMAO
Funniest of all is the beginning when Wilma is wearing a blue dress and Betty is wearing a white dress!
Im glad and well be a good kid
@Over Starter Yeah but when they're married to women like Betty and Wilma they shouldn't even look sideways at another woman.
@@richallenxbox1976 Buuuuuuuut, it's okay for them to swoon over Rock Quarry... Carey Granite, and Larry Lava... And let's not forget Stoney Curtis. 😏
The Flintstones...class act all the way.

I love how much Fred and Barney actually look like the guys who voice them, Alan Reed was a bigger burly kind of guy and Mel Blanc was quite a bit shorter and Meeker in real life
+Scott Hauser true
YahooYahooll
+Scott Hauser whats funny Mel Blanc changed his voice to do Barney but Alan Reeds real voice sounded just like Fred
I love this episode
Damn! The boys actually thought they were off the hook😂
If I ever open a club I'm gonna name it Rockadero
....and a dab of COLESLAW on the side! I always thought it was “and a dab of COKE on the side!” I wondered why Wilma and Betty said a “dab of coke on the side.” You can’t drink a dab of anything!
"Cause we grind our own meat"!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Well Like You Said Barney Some Wives Would Make A Guy Feel Small Yeah Ain't It The Truth"
Gotta love the prehistoric, mid-century modern porte cochere
I suppose that I was not the only kid watching this and thinking that Fred and Wilma reminded me of my own parents.
One of the greatest songs from a cartoon.
I'd forgotten about this!! :D ha ha I was looking for the version where they finished it with 'And as you drive away, a tip upon our tray, we hope to find, find, find, find, find!!! LOL
Georgi Mihailov
This is how the song should have gone to show their anger at the boys:
Here we come on the run, with a smacking for your buns
and a great big kick in your sides!
Oh your hearts, they will tickle, in the right ventricle,
and you'll lose the gene of hormones of peptide tide tides!
Your craniums we will beat, and grind into dog-meat!
Grind Grind Grind Grind Grind!
Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble, you brought upon yourselves this trouuubbble.
And if you think that we'll forget....
You're out of your mind mind mind mind mind!
Wilma Flintstone's maiden name was Wilma Slaghoopal, and Betty Rubble's Maiden name was Betty Jean Mcbricker.
Wilma also had a second maiden name: Pebble.
I wonder if the Mcbricker family is related to the Slate family.
@@frankcabanski9409 I hope not. Barney is already Mr. Slate's nephew. :)
Frank Cabanski I think they were related-- Slate and Bricks were both formed from mud
I knew Wilma's maiden name but have never heard Betty's ever. Do you know what episode she disclosed her previous name?
Seriously they should put this on the cable oldies stations.
Wilma & Betty: AND IF THEY THINK WE'LL FORGET...
Terrible song....
This was the show growing up for my child child childhood years
Happy anniversary happy anniversary
"And if they think that we'll forget....they're out of their minds/minds/minds/minds/miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinds!!"
Is that what they said?
Yes
I love the Flintstones so much ❤️
I love watching this video.the Flintstones.Thank you
I’d Still Totally Would’ve Like To See The Equistria Girls And The Scooby Gang Keep On Hanging Out With The Flintstones And The Rubbles
color switch.... different painters coloring different scenes, most likely. They don't have only one painter for a show... they have lots of them... and one of them put their nose to the powder before quit'en time!! lol
oh no, fred and barney are shrinking. lol
Wonder if the dress blooper led to Wilma saying “we’re going to nose our powder”😂
Fred and Barney thought they were getting off easily. REALLY!!
I didn’t notice the dress change until it played on CZcams. And when Wilma and Betty sang their song with the ending if Fred and Barney forgot the trouble they were in, don’t worry Wilma and Betty wasn’t ever going to. I love it. Also “Nose my powder”. Lmao lol 😄😄😄
The earrings probably had been left off by the animator who did this episode, who in this case is Ed Love (at least by educated guess). In case you were wondering, in most of Season 1, one animator usually did the whole episode (like "The Swimming Pool" by Kenneth Muse).
The switching dress color is definitely a mistake done by the Ink and Paint Department.
Its just an animation, big deal.
Wilma looks better in blue and Betty looks good in white.....about time they changed their clothes lol
Betty White. Lol.
Betty is hot, she'd look great in almost anything.
Betty would've looked sexy in almost anything.
True.
Betty in particular looks great in almost anything, if you Google er, Betty nude there's a few *ahem* naughty pics, but remember rule 34 of the Internet, if there's pictures of almost anything online, there's porn of it.
Their going to be on ME-TV!!!
Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble is the blame for all our trouble until Bam Bam smashed into the Rubble's life.
Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble is the blame for all our trouble..........lol
I love The Flintstones, but I saw this one after I grew up and it sort of bugged me. Despite all of Fred's get-rich-quick schemes, here he and Barney had struck out on a legitimate business venture and from what it seemed, were doing a pretty good job with it. Good, unselfish spouses would have supported their efforts to be their own bosses. I know Wilma always said she enjoyed the simple life, but she and Betty also had the nasty impulse to "Da-da-da-dat, da-dah! CHARGE IT!" The guys might have made a go with the restaurant, which would have finally shut up Wilma's mother who complained that Fred would never amount to anything.
I agree they should have supported Fred and Barney for their bussniess Venture.....what the hell was so wrong with wanting to own your own bussiness? most people want that in life.
If Fred and Barney told them from the beginning and did not hire two younger and more beautiful girls, They supported their husbands
Montblanc_FF You're saying that younger, attractive women should be unemployed? The guys kept the restaurant a secret because they knew their wives would hit the roof.
Jim Schuck No, I´m happy that at the end they got better jobs, but when you do something big like leaving your job to start your own business, you should first talk with your wife about yours plans, talking is the base of a good marriage ;)
OMG...its a %#@king cartoon...lol....lighten up.

My mom used to sing this all the time and we never knew what it was from!!! BUT NOW I HAVE FOUND IT!!
Powder our noses haha 😂
The line was ... "Nose our powder!"
I'm pretty sure that I married Fred Flintstone 🤔🙄
Why--Does he go around town saying Yabba Dabba Do??
My brothers, sisters and I used to sing this song all of the time. We thought it was hilarious... Those were the days...
There's a line that's missing (I know I'm geeking out right now, but whatever haha) Not sure if it was cut from the episode or what. I actually used to have the vinyl record of Flinstones' songs as a kid and this was one of my favorite tracks. The line followed 'grind grind grind grind grind....' ----- "When you drive away, a tip upon our tray..............We hope to find find find find find. We hope to find find find find find!" :-) Useless stuff stuck in my head :-) ENJOY!
+vegasdude67 That's how I remember it too!
The other carhops (and B&W, hired "undercover") in this episode would usually sing the "as you drive away, a tip upon our tray" line, being that it's the restaurant's jingle, at various points. The ladies taught their husbands a lesson in manners and humility by surprising them and singing their altered version to "cut them down to size", which worked so well they literally shrunk to the size of action figures.
Personally, if I owned a burger joint, I'd gank the tune for my eatery's TV and radio ads, as it's just too good to not use.
That's what I was looking for when I found this clip ha ha ha ha I'm, um, older and still have the jingle stuck in my head!! Ha ha ha ha
Yep! I, had the same 45!
Does anyone remember an episode where Fred has to arrange two parties? He hires a clown for Pebbles' birthday party and some sexy dancer girls for a friend at work's bachelor party. However the two get mixed up and the clown ends up at the bachelor party and the dancing girls to the birthday party!
Whenever the dancers appeared, they'd go dancing through into the room, plowing down anyone who happened to get in their way, namely Fred!
I always remember that from my childhood!
Yes, that episode was hysterical!
Yeah it was!😀. They all ended up in front of the desk sergeant at the police station, but it worked out(lol).
My only problem with the episode is the way the clown was treated by the Buffaloes. He was only trying to make the best of the situation(the mix-up wasn't his fault), and the lodge members were total assholes. I wanted to get revenge on them on the clown's behalf. Still not a bad idea.😏
I certainly watched the Flintstones everyday after school for years. Never saw this episode or don't remember it.
Wilma from blue dress to white dress in an instant.
It's a cartoon man! Lol.
@@roblovesmusic330 it’s not just any cartoon but a one from my childhood.
This was my all time favorite Flintstones episode. This story I'm guessing represented women empowerment. Fred and Barney keeping their new restaurant venture a secret fearing Willma and Betty would be irate after quitting their steady jobs. When the carhops show up at their homes with the here we come on a run gingle to a perplexed Fred and Barney with wives peering down at them like vultures looking at their prey. Then the final irony when Willma and Betty catch up with them at the Drive In and pose as Gwendolyn and Daisy the carhops. Then the ending at the Rockadaro where Fred and Barney lean in the future not to keep secrets and finding Willma and Betty are no different from any other wives belittling their husbands for a dumb business businesses venture
Similar or exactly as all of the Honeymooners episodes it was based on. The women were always right.
Agreed Robert!
In the early episodes, Wilma and Betty were much more aggressive towards Fred and Barney then they are in later episodes. In Episode 1 "The Flintstone Flyer", the wives beat the living daylights out of Fred and Barney for lying to them.
The Flintstone Flyer is my favorite just for the moment Barney tried to tell Wilma & Betty off...they would have got away with it if he didn't open his mouth lol
Francisco Miranda well i don’t think it shows it but it’s implied by the ending lol
This cartoon rules
The Flinstones was set in the Stone Age. Cave people never wore pants. This is how they dressed.
nose our powder,,,they were doing blow
bethann landerstyle they were drunk too I think..lol
La familia. Inglaas
A DAB OF COCA ON THE SIDE!
No it's a posh way of saying they're going on the Karzy
😂😂😂
Hahahah, I Totally Remember this, Thanks for the upload! The Flintstones WERE/ARE TOTALLY GREAT!!!!!!
One of my favorite episodes!! HA
Nice quality for 2010 Flintstones.
In later years, HB realized that when the Flintstones and Rubbles went out for an event to change their clothes. Here, the foursome wear what they always do at the event with the addition of bowties for Fred and Barney and earrings and flowers for Wilma and Betty.
Or a formal, when Fred and Barney wore a tux with tails..
Animal tails, of course..
Wilma & Betty wore fur wraps..
@soulcornflake1 Wilma and Betty didn't work at the burger joint. Fred and Barney hid the fact they quit their jobs and called the teenage girls who worked for them as carhops "Charlie" and "Irving" when talking on the phone. One night, the wives followed the boys and found out the truth, and made them sell the business. ("2000 pounds of parceley -to throw away!")
As a young boy, I always dreamed of marrying a Wilma.
This is a good copy. Thanks!
My favorite cartoon 🙌🙌👍👍
Betty and Wilma went to the bathroom to "nose their powder", which hits different in the 1980's and 1990's.
D Heine - they shrunk because back in the day When someone was Read, they were made to feel small.
Randy Man Yeah I remember a Popeye cartoon from 1953 Called I'll Be Skiing Ya will he tried to teach Olive how to skate and she landed crooks legged on a tree and she berated him and he turned red faceed from embarrassment and felt small. Then Bluto (He was known at the time before they changed him to Brutice) came out and kicked the belittled Popeye in an ice hole like a golf ball were a seal made like a cadie holding up the flag that was funny
Randy Man Then there was Donald Duck as a truent officer who goofed bringing in three delinquents to school only to find it was closed for Summer Vacation and the 3 little ducks (Played by his nephews) looked angerely at him and he suddenly to red faced started bableling and felt small.
Thank you girls, Thank you. That was Mrs Flintstone and Mrs Rubble folks "Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha!!!" They call themselves "Charlie and Erving".Fred: Well like you said Barney. Some wives would try to make a guy feel small.Barney: Yeah ain't it the truth.
Latin: Carlos and Evaristo .. jajaja
Betty and Wilma are the hottest and most gorgeous cartoon females ever drawn IMO, yeah Betty and Wilma, in that order of sexual preference.
"... I'd go with Betty... but I'd be thinking of Wilma..."
... Actually that's not true... I've always thought Betty was the prettier. Same with Mary-Ann.
I like Velma more than Daphne

Cartoons were trying to teach us as little boys that women just simply never let anything go.
Hi great cartoon thank you
2:24 Barney sounds kinda like Bugs.
That's because Mel Blanc did both voices
His voice sounds abnormal, not like normal Barney.
Mel Blanc would change Barney’s voice in the second season to the lower pitch we know today.
Actually, Mel Blanc was in an automobile accident, and fellow voice actor Daws Butler covered for him on some early episodes. This may be one of them.
@@peterdigaudio4258 The Daws/Barney episodes were all in the second season...this is Mel's original Barney voice, before switching to the lower (Art Carney-like) pitch.
I needed this to see that "all of the potatoes were french fried fried fried."for over 50 years I could not understand what Betty and Wilma were saying.lol
hi the best cartoon thank you I love it

That, plus the fact that they had multiple layers of cells (up to 8 if I recall) which caused some color tone shift :)

Am I the only person that noticed Wilma & Betty's "magical" dress switch? Oversight or intentional? Conspiracists (like myself) need to know.
Oh yeah, they switch hats too. What's-up with that?
It's a color switch.
...and also in the very first shot you can't see any legs under the table, either I never noticed that till now.
Yep i noticed!
Aw heck - don't worry about that now! Didn't notice that then, not gonna lose sleep over it!
I did not think of that one either, but it makes sense!
is it me, or does barney always look stoned out of his mind?
no wonder they danced so well ;-)
Yes cus they exercise weirdo.
Who knows? That's showbiz.

As they say “payback “
did anyone see the girls switch colors in their dresses or was it just me

I saw it too. Wilma was wearing a blue dress and Betty a white one. I think it could've been an oversight on the animation part.
"we're gonna go nose our powder."
Wait, you're not even going to share?
This is still stuck in my mind since 1960. Unfortunately.
Why unfortunately? It's a catchy tune.
@@roblovesmusic330 Ah, you're right, I have nothing against catchy tunes.
