Such a wonderful interview! The explanation of Hypnobirthing really needs to get out into the public as a viable way to utilize the gifts we were given by creator to birth our babies. The controller’s really did a number on childbirth fear because being in full control of your body during birth helps you tap into the same energy used to create worlds 🪐 and that my friend will wake up the sleeping giant within all of us! As a soon to be 58-year-old mom, my birthing days are long behind me but I wish I could have experienced a hypnobirth. Luckily I never experienced induction or c-section but the birthing experience could have been so much better for me and all women had we not been robbed of our power. I loved this interview. I was really reminded to look at my birthing story. I have themes in my life that I have worked on tremendously. I looked at them and found that I was attached to those themes. Seems to be the work of the moment. Things like attachment to abandonment, unloved, worthless, useless, being always correct, my traumas, to objectifying everything and everyone, and still going. Finding it interesting where those attachments are.
Absolutely I started looking at the words I was saying to myself, beating ourself down to think we don't deserve greatness & an abundance. We are Royalty
Gosh I am the same, feel I need to have every book about herbs, gardening, self help, water and other books which are recommended by Matt from cultivateelevate.....forgotten / suppressed knowledge. But don't read them

Back in the fifties birth was treated in a negative way...they used ether and forcepts they broke my nose during birth....
