From Airport 1975 to Panic In The Skies, Eric Estrada sure has a thing for disaster movies. The best part was when the passenger understood why he was being charged for an extra bag. That has never happened in the history of flight.
I've been looking for this movie for a long time. Today I got it from youtube. I did not know the name of this movie even though I had seen it. I think I searched for this movie for about 15 years. Thanks so much for uploading this. 2022/02/20 2.41 am 🇱🇰
Just in case anyone still reads this comment section for this movie- remember the guy that smashes up the omni machine at Farmingdale Airport? He is not listed in the credits- and he is (in my opinion) one of the most memorable characters in this movie! I believe it was unscripted when he walked backwards and banged into the building- nobody could've thought that up! And it was very realistic when he said; "I ain't 'sposed to TOUCH nuthin'! Does anybody know who that cool, old guy was? Was he really an actor? Maybe a local extra? He seemed too real to be acting!
This is a superb movie. Convincing performances by the cast. So glad the dog made it out and the hero got away. I wish there had been even a short meeting between Estrada and Guillaume. I hope airlines now tie down cars and other cargo in the holds. Thank you, Denny tango!
Thank you for a great evenings entertainment, a great movie with great actors, nice to get something with no bad language in it! will be back to your channel again. Good health and happiness.

It was a rainy night. I was wrapped up in my blanket and had a jug of hot tea. I was not in the mood for a movie by Bunuel, Fellini, Bergman or Truffaut, so I decided to watch "Panic in the Skies". Let me say it this way: This movie is not perfect. Or better said, it's far away from being perfect. It is not very realistic and maybe there are one or two faults (in nearly every scene). But, frankly, it is not made to win an Oscar or an Emmy. This is no arthouse-movie (I'm very proud that I found a way to bring the word "Arthouse" in connection with this film). But, come on, it's a lot of fun. I had so much fun watching it. It's funny, it's silly, it's wonderfully entertaining and Kate Jackson is in nearly every scene. What do you want more (except Kate Jackson in really EVERY scene)? So if you cool down, don't take the film too serious and don't expect the mother of all disaster-movies, you can have a wonderful time watching it. I did. I felt very well entertained on a rainy evening with a jug of tea (and Kate Jackson on the screen). Thank you for uploading it and I wish everybody who will experience this film a wonderful time.
So glad I found this against n he last time I saw this was of all places on an airplane. Maybe bad choice of film for them to show onboard a flight and I always remembered I since then and that was like 1999 time.
I like it!! Which is to say I really really like it! I love Jesus Christ, and so I cannot LOVE the movie in the same way--however--in light of today's "seemingly sophisticated SCI FI sequences , special effects, make up, computer editing, and the like, watching a much simpler film like this where actors must really act their guts out to make the audience believe the action is a real treat. I always enjoyed Kate Jackson and Erik Estrada, and Grant Goodeve, to name a few. I can overlook a bit of over --acting. It is rather campy and fun to watch. No obscene language, no gun violence. A decent film, with just enough action and some suspense to keep the person watching and and allows the audience to use their imaginations for once. Thanks for the upload! God bless! Have a Merry Christmas! Michelle
This is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Erik Estrada was absolutely hilarious as the egomaniac actor. A role he had been studying for his entire life.
Only really wealthy people had cell phones back then. I never knew a single person with one then. We used pagers. I didn’t get my first Nokia until ~2000.
I have a friend who is traumatized by the sparking power wire in this movie. Don't ask me why, but for some reason he was always terrified of it. I think he still is to this day and he is close to 40!
I have a full earlier version of the movie "Airport 77" but he picture quality is marginal. Would be interesting if anyone knows where to obtain a full version with better picture quality.
Okayyyyyyyyy y’all don’t know how long I’ve been searching for this stupid movie lmao, “Nowhere to Land,” “Rough Air,” “Final Descent” and now this movie, a perfect way to waste a day
I remember Canada world airways flight 174 bound from Montreal to Edmonton re routed to Winnipeg experienced mid air mechanical problems and 67 passengers and 6 crew were on board and flight 174 was turned on a heading of 310 to gimley the abandoned airstrip in 1983
Unless there was another movie with the exact same premise released at the same time, I clearly and distinctly remember seeing this on cable - but it also included a shot where they actually showed the charred corpses of the flight crew. Anyone else remember it that way?
I'm glad that I am not the only one who vividly remembers something similar to what you described!... I can swear that I also remember seeing a scene with the fried corpses of the electrocuted pilots! Also, a few different flying perspectives, in some shots that are not here(?)...
@@tryptaminebu3 I got no idea! I was just speculating why this was not the version you guys remembered. I think they would just have cut those parts. No major re-shoot or re-edit.
I saw absolutely nothing "bad" related to this movie. It was intriguing, exciting, and greatly expressive depicting human emotions when experiencing fear of death. EXCELLENY movie to watch, but only if you can tolerate "exyreme high tension."

My favorites...that and runaway trains...and the freeway disasters

Nothing like those old school low budget Family Channel movies on a quiet rainy Saturday evening

Just watched "Terror in the Sky" 1971. Double bill on Christmas eve;
Good movie and Whoopee Not one single ad!
Love Kate Jackson!! The crew should have used the massive fire ax to open the cockpit door, they wasn't reinforced in 1996.
What a GREAT movie! Thank you so much for uploading this gem.

This movie and Doomsday Rock were two made-for-tv movies I used to watch back in the 90s.
Ed Marinaro was even in Doomsday Rock
These are the kind of stuff I'm looking out for so good to watch.
Thanks for this great upload!!
Erik Estrada was also in Airplane 1975, with a similar plot, lol
This is a medley of every airplane disaster movie ever made.

So do I
No bomb, no-one with a deadly infectious disease, I feel quite cheated.
Not a bad film at all.

Hey great movie, that kept us on the edge.. 2022 January 👍🏼😃
I remember watching this in 1997 on the TV and my cousin was with me and commented how fake the plane looked at the start of the film lol
Awesome movie cheers for the upload:)

Amazing Movie 👍👍👍
I remember watching this movie as a child and it was horrifying. 😂 What memories.
so happy the dog made it......such a silly story...but watched to the end. Covid does weird things to us.
Vancouver airport does not have grass growing through the runway asphalt and fire chiefs do not park on an active runway!
That wasn't even a runway they foamed up.
Very good thriller, acting and directing. 17.11,21 Finland

He is not afraid of other sparking wires? Only the wire in this particular movie? How odd

Erik Estrada-PONCHE!!

What a shocker. The cell phone didn’t work. 😮🤯 Lol. We were told it’s possible 21 years ago though. 😂
You could remake this movie with an AI-like autopilot locking the pilots out of the controls.

I can’t believe they would actually fly in that weather. Action and airplanes and I am hooked!!
Same here. Always have
I went in..and got out...pretty bad !
Great Film..👍💖
1990's Family Channel movies were the best.
Thank you Denny!
Greet show ,enjoy very mutch.

VERY EXCITING
this............is..........one tough plane.
GREAT MOVIE.
ROYCE Air flight 115 on December 1 2023
no way they would have left all the emergency vehicles right where he was landing (smh)
What a great movie !!!
They don't allow cars with fuel in them on board planes.
Any fluids I'm pretty sure.
Congratulations. You've found the only mistake in this mother of all realistic movies. ;-)
Great movie! I love Kate Jackson! The movie had a great cast of people!
RIP Robert Guillaume
When I hear that announcement about the white zone, I think of that Airplane! gag.
