blimey what a privilege it would have been to see mr rose live way back when, we missed out on so much music he would have created in the last half of his life!
11:40 is a really nice fretted medley containing bits from Gage Blues and even Luck In The Valley. Certain riffs probably pulled out and further refined into the lapstyle piece released later that same year on the self-titled record.
More Jack Rose is always welcome. Is it just me, or does it seem the footage blocks our view of his hands almost on purpose? Or was that an accident? It even happens from different angles.
Yeah, that was particularly annoying to me while recording this set. I think the shadow is from those speakers on stands. I probably could have tried to move to a different angle but once I had the camera and tripod set up I didn't want to be moving around the chapel disturbing everyone during the show.
@@tubevisiondotcom Got it. Thanks for documenting and sharing it. Much appreciated. Too bad I never had the opportunity to see him but this is the next best thing.
always a pleasure when new Jack Rose footage emerges. so great to see him on the 12 string.
