I started with two stems from Hygrophila polysperma and now got a tank full of them. Thank you sir for your awesome inspiration.
I didn't have any luck with this one. Stems rotted at the base. Maybe next time I'll weight it down and let the roots do their own thing? Always heard it was easy.

These look great in your scape, just discovered this after an impulse ebay purchase. Trying it with my goldfish set up, fully expecting it to be a pricey salad bar but we'll see 👍 thanks for this Joel

Love this plant and want to try it in my 9 gallon fluval flex but not sure if it’ll be to big of a plant for the tank. And I do believe tropica developed 53b. Thanks for the great informative video again Corvus!
I was searching for this plant in online shops locally for ever. They were putting pictures of this plant on almost any nomaphila and hygrophila. :D so I ended up with lots of no Nomaphila and hygrophila kinds but I have found the right one finally. It grew so much in The tank and looks amazing! Ludwigia on the other hand is not surviving in my fish tank.
I had some of this in a 200l and didn’t even know what it was till now. It grew to some size but I had to strip the tank down due to Financial problem. Now it’s sold out every where 😤😭😢
Hi light plants. Mine in less than high light levels look...alive!...and bare stemmed. I thought sunlight would be great..but it turns out that summer sun is so high,my tank is only getting like less than two hours of direct sun. Oh well. What plants I have do well on my setup..the big Hygro was worth a try. I do have some LED and twin 40 watt Fluorescents...but as you know 240 gallons needs some punch. But,I've got some nice Starr grass, lots of Java moss,C.balansae,Sword bleheri,Anubias,some nice compact Bolbitis, and more....gold standards I 'm happy with.
The big leafed Hygro's...all of them,are too high maintenance for me. That potassium problem is real and never seems to really end.

Co2 it still expensive, and diy are not recommanded without a real system, with valve that can be turn of at night. But glad for you to afford for it

Got eBay carpet seeds. Another CZcams video that matched what I got claims it's hygrophila. I ended up with a few different plants big leaf small leaf but a couple brownish red round leaf plants popped up i moved them to my display tank idk what they are but I like em

Suitable for a 5 gallon? Most of my aquariums are larger, but I've been finding the smaller ones quite fun.
Is there more potassium needed by this plant? Cus when i put my normal amount of fertilizer into my scape this plant becomes perforated. Anyone an idea?

This plant can grow insane if it's got what it needs but I've killed a few mother plants by trimming them, it's the only time I've lost any.
